The paper through the design and application of mathematics worksheets in primary school, discuss the teaching structure and sections, carry on the questionnaire survey to the teachers and students, analysis the teaching effect. Care about the perspective of students cognitive structure and their different mood of thinking, design the mathematics worksheets for the students of primary school, Build a teaching model that meet the individual learning needs and cognitive characters, provide reference for first-line teachers.The full text is divided into five chapters, from two aspects of theory and practice of the study:The first chapter: explain the research background, the research goal and the determination of main problems, proposed research methods and ideas.The second chapter: through the literature research and the related data analysis, understood the domestic and foreign study on the present situation of worksheets, defines the related concepts;Through the study of psychology,pedagogy and science mathematics related theory books, analysis the theoretical basis in the design and Application Research on worksheets.The third chapter: on the basis of the relevant questionnaire, through the finishing of the worksheets, comparative analysis the design elements of the primary school mathematics worksheets,reveal the design principles, contact the characteristics of the mathematics knowledge to build the worksheets template design.The fourth chapter: analysis of application case of worksheets in primary school mathematics teaching, the summary and reflection, to study its application strategy in teaching, and to discuss its application mode. Through the test,data analysis, to understand the effect of worksheets in primary school mathematics teaching;through the questionnaire and interview, understand the student’s attitude to worksheets and use in the process of feelings. Thus in design and application of primary school mathematics worksheets,and put forward suggestions.The fifth chapter: the summary of the whole thesis,put forward the improvement scheme,and the subsequent research is prospected.Main idea:1、worksheets can meet the students’ different cognitive basis and thinking way of learning needs, change from passive to active, realize the personalized learning, to improve the effectiveness of teaching and hierarchy;2、 worksheets,to promote the teaching effect depends on the design and application ways of teachers;3、the worksheets are applied to teaching, teachers need to use a certain number of teaching strategies.
