The study theory of constructivism believed that student's study should be the process of initiative construction under certain situation and based on his individual cognitive structure. Student's study besides conforms to the normal study rule, but also has the strong difference. It is one of hot spots of the research on educational technique to design personalization, intellectualization and auto-adapted the learning system based on the information technology.Mathematics is the frightened and difficult to study because of the bad foundation and the highly abstract characteristic of mathematics. Under the guidance of modern cognitive psychology and the advantage of modern information technology, the paper conducted the fundamental research and certain practice exploration to the personalization learning system mathematics in secondary vocational schools combining the characters of mathematics and students.Firstly, the learning process of mathematics of secondary vocational schools is discussed based on the detailed analysis of some theories about the personalization learning system. Secondly, the personalization learning module of mathematical concepts is constructed on the basis of the goal of efficient learning and the advantage of modern information technology. Lastly, the paper makes the personalization learning module by Visual C++ and tests the feasibility of the system by the learning of the absolute value concept.The theories inquiries and practical grope with first step in this paper shows that the personalization learning system with the modern education and instruction theories for leading, combining the characteristics of mathematics knowledge and student's cognition, relying on the modern information technique advantage, have a certain theories and practice meaning to enhance student's learning interest, train good learning methods and achieve the effective learning of mathematics.
