Liang Qichao is a famous thinker, politician and educator in modern Chinese history, he is not only known as a scholar of the old era, but also known as enlightenment of the new era. His life is full of legend as he successfully completes these changes, from a teenage provincial graduate to a giant in the speech, from a unsuccessful reformer to a victorious propagandist, from a theoretical politician to an executive one. In the academic circles, he is the master traditional sinology,education in the family in, he also was exemplary way of education of their children.his education to his children is of great excellence, three of them are all academicians with intelligence and wisdom. Having a deep study of his ethical ideas in family education is very important for the family education in China.In the introduction part, this article first from the realistic perspective,analyzes the current situation is grim family education situation.Second,the study from the perspective of theory for the problem.Again, through the introduction of Liang Qichao’s family education ethics, to highlight the necessity of study this topic.Finally,based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad, the research objectives,research contents and research methods, on the basis of put forward the innovation of this topic, is the "three letter" of the author’s family education thoughts.The whole text can be divided into four parts:The first part mainly accepted the Liang Qichao family education ethics formation of the social background, personal background and theoretical source.Because its inherent into three thousand years of Chinese family education ideas of inheritance and development of external into because of modern western culture such as freedom, equality, fraternity. Liang Qichao in cultural blend each other and influence each other to both sides gradually formed its own unique ideological system.The second part mainly studies the key content of his family education ethics.He is always teaching his children to cultivate infinite love to the motherland, carry forward the national spirit and contribute to society. In moral education, the part that he attaches great importance to, he asks the kids to play the family tradition of poor scholar and follow the Confucian note that based on filial piety. In terms of knowledge learning, he is opposed to have a blind reading for the pursuit of fameand fortune. In contrast, he teaches the children to learn knowledge to seek the truth,and he believes that the process of learning must be the cycle of "boiling over high heat" and "slow cooking", its aim is to acquire knowledge rather than just a diploma.The third section summaries the main features of his family education ethics.Manly lies in the Chinese and Western culture. On one hand, he asks the children to grasp the profound knowledge of Chinese culture, on the other hand, he demands them to be familiar with western culture and scientific knowledge. By combining education with entertainment, children are optimistic about learning. Despite of the atmosphere that people all learn for being officers, he requires his kids to dedicate themselves to academic culture and make their own contributions to the country.The fourth part outlines the similarities and differences of family education among authors of “three letters”. In all, the family education ethics of Liang Qichao,Zeng Guofan and Fu Lei are deeply influenced by Confucian ethics, which are the continuation and development of traditional social ethics. All of them pay much attention to the personality cultivation of the children, and at the same time discipline themselves to set good examples. Due to the distinct historical backgrounds and individual differences, their aims for learning and ways to treat the Chinese and western culture is not the same. After careful and detailed comparison,the family education ethics of Liang Qichao is superior to others.The fifth part makes the summary of the content and analyzes the features of family education ethics, also compares the thought of Zeng Guofan and Fu Lei, and finally proposed some references and enlightenments for the modern family education. For example, the parents have to learn the Liang Qichao to be strict with themselves, then they can set a good example for their children. It is also necessary to cultivate children’s lofty patriotism, so they can understand that it’s everyone’s responsibility to contribute to the motherland. What’s more, nurturing children’s practical style of study may let them focus on what they are learning and keep in heart that they are just learning for themselves, rather than for the results of examination.
