Nowadays,the overall learning state of the contemporary college students is general better.But there are still many problems in college students’ study life.As one of the main problem,college students’ learning burnout is attention by more and more educators.This paper mainly uses the method combines theoretical analysis and empirical research,to study the relationship between college students’ learning burnout,academic self-efficacy and professional commitment.1. Used the College Students’ Learning Burnout Questionnaire, Professional Commitment Questionnaire and Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire, selected 449 students from 5 universities in Heilongjiang Province as study objects, used SPSS22.0 statistical software, studied the college student’s learning burnout, academic self-efficacy and professional commitment. The result:(1) college students’ learning burnout showed significant differences in gender, professional, whether has scholarships, and whether take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools;(2) college students’ professional commitment showed significant differences in gender, professional and whether take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools;(3) college students’ academic self-efficacy showed significant differences in gender, professional, whether has scholarships, and whether take part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools.2. Explored the relationship between college students’ academic self-efficacy, professional commitment and learning burnout,concluded:(1)there was significant negative correlation between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout;(2) there was significant negative correlation between professional commitment and learning burnout;(3) there was significant negative correlation between self-efficacy,professional commitment and learning burnout;(4)professional commitment of students plays an intermediary role in self-efficacy and learning burnout.3. Through the analysis of students learning burnout,professional commitment and academic self-efficacy in five college students,concluded: The overall level of College students’ learning burnout is good,but there are still have a phenomenon of learning burnout.We cannot ignore this phenomenon.College students’ professional commitment and academic self-efficacy affect their learning burnout level.Aiming at the current situation of college students,this paper mainly take countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects—society and educators.From the aspect of society,through improvement of the employment system,expand all levels of education to reduce the learning burnout of college students;For the educator,strengthen the entrance education and career planning,teachers explore methods to improve teaching and close to the actual demand,optimize the scholarship system, cultivating talents on various areas 3 aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions of improving college students’ professional commitment and academic self-efficacy to reduce learning burnout.
