Burnout Scale,Professional Commitment Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale.Using the SPSS 19.0 to analyze the demographic characteristics of the research subjects by descriptive statistical analysis method, and analyze the relationships between the dimensions of students' learning burnout, professional commitment and emotional intelligence and the three by correlation analysis and linear regression analysis.Using the AMOS 21.0 to build a Structural Equation Model among learning burnout, professional commitment and emotional intelligence, and test the mediating role of emotional intelligence in learning burnout and professional commitment.Results(1)In the different grades, the overall score of learning burnout in grade 3 is significantly higher than that of grade 2(F=6.69,p<0.001);the interaction between the grade and medical students or not was significant in learning burnout(F=3.465,p=0.032),the fourth-grade medical students have higher levels of learning burnout than non-medical students;(2)The overall score of professional commitment of boys was significantly higher than that of girls(t=3.516,p<0.001);the interactions between the gender and grade(F=3.47,p=0.031)and interactions between the grades and medical students(F=15.404,p<0.001)were significant in professional commitment, and the fourth-grade male students have a higher level of professional commitment than female students, and fourth-grade medical students have higher professional commitment than non-medical students;(3)The total score of emotional intelligence of male students was significantly higher than that of female students(t=5.439,p<0.001),the level of emotional intelligence of medical students was lower than that of non-medical students(t=-6.137,p<0.001),and the level of emotional intelligence of the fourth-grade students was higher than that of sophomores and juniors(F=13.041,p<0.001);the interactions between the gender and grade(F=8.28,p<0.001)and the interactions between the gender and medical student or not(F=16.383,p<0.001)were significant in emotional intelligence, and the level of emotional intelligence of sophomore male students is higher than that of female students, and the level of emotional intelligence of female non-medical students is higher than that of medical students.(4)there was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and professional commitment among medical college students(p<0.01),and regression analysis showed that professional commitment and its various dimensions had significant positive predictive effects on emotional intelligence(F=255.278,p<0.001,R2=0.174);there was a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and learning burnout in medical college students(p<0.01),and the regression analysis showed that emotional intelligence(F=160.111,p<0.001,R2=0.116),self-regulation and emotional use(F=46.754,p<0.001,R2=0.134)had a significant negative predictive effect on learning burnout;there was a significant negative correlation between professional commitment and learning burnout among medical college students(p<0.01),and the results of regression analysis showed that professional commitment(F=135.971,p<0.001,R2=0.101),emotional commitment, ideal commitment and specification commitment negatively predict learning burnout and continue commitment had a significant positive effect on learning burnout(F=125.296,p<0.001,R2=0.292).(5)After adding emotional intelligence as an intermediary variable, the professional commitment also had a significant negative predictive effect on learning burnout(?=-0.22,p<0.05),therefore,the emotional intelligence plays a partial mediation between learning burnout and professional commitment(?=-0.0874,p<0.05).Conclusion There was a significant correlation between study burnout, professional commitment and emotional intelligence among medical college students, and professional commitment and emotional intelligence had a predictive effect on learning burnout, and emotional intelligence plays a partial mediation between learning burnout and professional commitment. In order to better achieve academic achievement and more achievements made in the future career path, medical colleges and education workers should pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of college students' emotional intelligence to make them deal with burnout emotion by themselves, and strengthen professional cognition and professional understanding to improve college students' learning burnout tendency.
