The Relationship Between Social Support And Learning Burnout Of Secondary Vocational Students:The Chain Mediating Effect Of Academic Self-Efficacy And Professional Commitment | | Posted on:2022-01-20 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H X Song | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2557306347474504 | Subject:Mental health education | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In order to investigate the characteristics of learning burnout of secondary vocational students and explore the chain mediating effect of academic self-efficacy and professional commitment on social support and learning burnout of secondary vocational students,Using secondary social support scale,academic self-efficacy scale,professional commitment scale and learning burnout scale of 510 questionnaire,secondary raw data using SPSS 25,Process plug-ins to descriptive statistics,independent samples t test,single factor analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and the mediation effect analysis.Finally,according to the results,the countermeasures of targeted education are put forward.The results of this study show that:(1)Learning burnout of secondary vocational students is negatively correlated with social support,academic self-efficacy and professional commitment;Social support is positively correlated with academic self-efficacy and professional commitment.There was a significant positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and professional commitment.(2)Social support indirectly affects the learning burnout of secondary vocational students through the mediating role of academic self-efficacy;Social support also indirectly affects the learning burnout of secondary vocational students through the mediating role of professional commitment.Social support indirectly influences the learning burnout of secondary vocational students through the intermediary chain of "academic self-efficacy→professional commitment".Conclusion:Academic self-efficacy and professional commitment play a chain mediating role in the relationship between social support and learning burnout.According to the results of this study from the enhancement of the social support of secondary vocational students,improve the sense of academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students,promote the professional commitment of secondary vocational students and from the comprehensive relationship between the four aspects of education countermeasures to alleviate the learning burnout of secondary vocational students. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | secondary vocational students, learning burnout, social support, academic self-efficacy, professional commitment, education countermeasures | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
