Research On The Mediating Role Of College Students' Learning Self-efficacy In The Relationship Between Professional Identification And Learning Burnout

Higher education is an important way producing talented person for our country.However,many studies have shown that some college students have learning burnout,which affects the improvement of the quality of talent training in universities.In order to reduce college students' learning burnout,this study involved two factors:professional identity and learning self-efficacy,and explores the ways and mechanisms of their influence on learning burnout.On this basis,we can provide strategies for improving the professional identity level of College students,enhancing their sense of learning efficacy,and then effectively reducing their learning burnout level.This study used questionnaire survey method,the following questionnaires were used as tools in this study:The College Student Burnout Questionnaire compiled by Lian Rong,The College Student Professional Identity Questionnaire compiled by Qin Panbo,and The College Student Learning Self-Efficacy Questionnaire compiled by Liang Songyu.This study selected senior students who have stable professional identity,and these students are distinguished in gender,origin of students,how did they choose their majors,and subject type.729 questionnaires were distributed and495 valid questionnaires were collected.Data were analyzed by SPSS software.After discussion,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)On the whole,college students have a low level of learning burnout on average,and 29.3% of them have a high level of learning burnout.Students from counties have the lowest level of learning burnout.Students who choose their major independently have the lowest level of learning burnout when volunteering their majors.Art students have the highest learning burnout while liberal arts students have the lowest learning burnout.There is interaction between subject type and birthplace.(2)Overall,college students have a high level of professional identity on average,and 26.3% of them have a low professional identity.In addition,in its sub-dimensions,college students have lower cognitive and behavioral identity,while higher emotional identity.Professional identity is significantly different in gender,and women's professional identity is significantly higher than men's.Students from county towns have the highest level of professional identity.Students who choose their major independently have the highest professional identity.Art students have thelowest professional identity,while liberal arts students have the highest professional identity.There is interaction between gender and subject type.(3)Overall,college students have a high level of learning self-efficacy on average,and 24.6% of them have a low level of learning self-efficacy.County students showed the highest sense of learning self-efficacy.Students who choose their major independently have the highest learning self-efficacy.Liberal arts students have the highest learning self-efficacy.There is an interaction between gender and professional type,as well as gender and professional entrance examination methods.(4)There is a significant linear relationship between professional identity and student burnout,and professional identity can negatively predict learning burnout.Three dimensions of professional identity: Cognitive identity,behavioral identity,and appropriate identity can negatively predict study burnout.(5)There is a significant linear relationship between learning self-efficacy and student burnout.Learning self-efficacy and its dimensions can negatively predict learning burnout.(6)Learning self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the impact of professional identity on learning burnout.Based on the above findings,in order to reduce the level of University Students' learning burnout,we need to pay attention to rural education resources,attach importance to art students' curriculum learning,strengthen pre-voluntary career guidance,improve professional prestige,attach importance to career guidance,and improve college students' sense of self-efficacy in learning when formulating education policies and adopting education strategies,...
