Construction Of Performance Evaluation Index System For Administrative Departments In Higher Vocational Colleges

-Administrative management in vocational college,a vital part of school management system,has the function of connecting teaching and researching,which is of great meaning to the construction of a school.However,now problems is still conspicuous,for example,there is a great disparity between evaluation system for teachers and for administrators,and the managing ability and working efficiency of administrative department are rather controversial.In that situation,it is high time that initiative researched should be conducted and critical methods should be found to improve the managing ability and working efficiency of administrative department.In this essay,the author has done critical literature review,conducted comprehensive experiment and research,related to the situation in XH,elaborated existing problems in vocational college,and analyzed the underlying reasons.After analyzing the problems and practice of XH,the author reconstructed a new performance evaluation system in administrative department by applying the Theory of Career-smart Balanced Score Card,Key Performance Indicator,Management by Objective.On the basis of comprehensive investigation,a series of scientific and practical performance evaluation system was finally formed.
