On The Teaching Ideas Of Understanding The Characteristics Of State Affairs From The Perspective Of National Conditions

It should be noted that the establishing of the political system of many countries in modern world has maintained an inherent connection with their national condition. In order to better understand the feature of the democratic institution adopted by different countries, more efforts should be made to study the national condition including the historical and cultural tradition, economic development level and political base. In recent years, the importance of the teaching of representative system maintained by American and European bourgeois has been well realized, but the teaching has not proven quite effective, which is also caused by the failure in studying the political system based on the national condition.This article first chapter enumerates the project of the related problems and their causes, on this basis, the following three chapters have offered the teaching conception of studying different political systems adopted by France, America, France and Germany based on the national condition. By pointing out the feature of the English representative system focusing on the parliamentary cabinet, the second chapter has analyzed the struggle between the parliament and king so as to work out the teaching design accordingly. The third chapter has analyzed the American representative system focusing on the decentralization of authority and also pointed out that the preservation of the independence result and prevention of despotic regime should be seen as the basis. Based on the case study, this paper has also demonstrated the relevant teaching methods. By taking the actual condition of teaching into consideration, the fourth chapter has combined the situation in France and Germany. The chapter has also elaborated on the basic feature of the evolution of representative system in the two countries. To be more specific, the establishment of the French republicanism has brought the long-term political unrest to an end while the conservative German constitutional monarchy has aimed to safeguard national reunification. Based on the analysis above, this paper has come up with the teaching conception of understanding the representative system based on the actual conditions of the two countries.
