| Nowadays, mathematics study is an important part of learning for elementary school students,The situation which math teacher research on student of mathematics learning about teaching reform before and after-class has become a hot topic, Theoretical studies on mathematics learning situation before and after-class has been achieved a great deal and meaningful results,However, The actual investigation against former teachers understand mathematics learning situation before and after-class is not common, Therefore, the teachers to understand students learning before and after-class needs further exploration.Learning (the learning situation) analysis is an important part of instruction design. Generally, learning situation refers to students learning prior knowledge of a curriculum structure and individual differences. Learning situation analysis is ability that the teachers investigate the level of the students’knowledge, knowledge base and on the basis of psychological conditions. For teachers, for students before and after-class learning situation analysis is to improve teaching performance, improve teaching quality of the premise and foundation.This paper mainly studies on mathematics learning situation before and after-class as the following section, First, read a lot of literature on mathematics learning situation before and after-class to understand the status of research on mathematics learning,this study discovers that at this stage domestic and foreign research mainly focus on how to improve teaching efficiency, while the study on the situation of mathematics learning before and after-class is rarely involved, Secondly, through a questionnaire survey, we comprehensive understanding of the situation, In fact,the efficiency of teacher before and after-class understand students’ learning is not high.In this paper,35teachers from the different schools were studied, we found that teachers before and after-class understand students’ learning is not enough:(1) When a hierarchical understanding of students, pay less attention to the honors.(2) On the understanding of the number of students in a group of50people, for example, people’s choices2-5, only about10%, the low ratio.(3) The students before class focus on learning to understand and master new knowledge.(4) After-class student learning is relatively simple to understand the way to practice-based.(5) The understanding of student learning reflection focuses on the process of teaching and knowledge level.(6) Understand student learning and student exchange is mainly the information channel is relatively simple.(7) Before class students learn to understand the situation, mainly through verbal communication, the relative lack of activity.(8) After-class students understand the situation, focusing on students’ mastery of new knowledge; can not do both knowledge and ability. Through further questioning interviews, found that pre-school teachers lead students to understand the causes and after-class learning efficiency is not high in three aspects:(1) focus on the classroom teacher, a small investment of time.(2) Students’motivation to learn and strategic shortcomings.(3) Parents paid insufficient attention to the lack of communication with the teacher.In view of the deficiency and reason that are existing in the situation that the elementary school mathematics teacher understand students’ before and after-school learning, To improve this situation we put forward countermeasures and suggestions:(1) The elementary school mathematics teacher should change concept,and raise awareness of the importance of understanding mathematics learning situation before and after-school;(2) When teachers do this,we shold consider the differences between students,so that we can improve the level of students;(3) The elementary school mathematics teacher shold arrange time reasonably,and design content that students interested in;(4) The elementary school mathematics teacher shold deal with several relations reasonably;(5) The elementary school mathematics teacher shold rethink in a timely manner,and have the consciousness of strategy. |
