The basic task of education lies in the promotion of human development, but the development of the students is not uniform, differ in thousands of ways, unique, the individualized teaching can fully consider the developmental desires of each student. Therefore, promoting individualized and comprehensive development has been the focus of all educators. At present, some international and domestic education scholars have made great effort on theoretic and practical research on individualized teaching. The author tries to research the personalized teaching and teaching design, combined with the theory of multiple intelligence theory, discusses the application of individualized teaching in middle school biology system specification, especially for the "diversity" of individual biological topics specific teaching design, carried on the preliminary exploration of the implementation of individualized teaching.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the preface, to the problem, research status, personalized teaching and design of the purpose and meaning of this research were introduced, by using the method of literature and questionnaire as the research method and the research train of thought; the second part describes the individualization teaching design and the meaning of the theory of multiple intelligence the individualized teaching theory, and the theory of humanism design rely on the third part of the combination of multiple versions of textbook; the interpretation of the "biological diversity" theme, explains the position and role, according to the characteristics of content is divided into theory teaching, experiment and practice teaching three classes, the interpretation of the curriculum requirements and students’ learning significance; the fourth part is the focus of this paper, puts forward three points according to the design of the subject, teaching design and personalized according to different students’ intelligence, show the individualization teaching design case of typical; the fifth part is the conclusion, including the research results and conclusions, the characteristic and innovation, there are three points the problems and prospects.Overall, the study on the personalized teaching and teaching design is studied, and its application to biology, combined with the theory of multiple intelligences is designed "case" biological diversity of the theme and content, all cases showed biological research senior, junior high school biology teachers and the interviews, the recognition and praise the. But due to the time limit, the author only a theoretical exploration, did not put into practice, the need for further research.
