The Study On The Elite Athletes’ Individualized Cultivation

It’s been a long-term discovery in the theoretic and practice that athletes can improve levels and meanwhile has high moral qualities which are cultural and scientific levels,ability,ideological and ethical and standards.The importance of the study is to explore how to cultivate the elite athletes by new ways.The results are able to provide reference for the cultivation of Chinese elite athletes.This research,employing reference,questionnaire,qualitative research,logical analytical method,and reaches following conclusion:1 The intension of the cultivation of elite athletes lies in four aspects,and they are,elite athletes require individualized cultivation and related practice.The cultivation characterizes subjectivity,individualization,diversity and feasibility.The cultivation calls for the human spirit,promotes sustainable development of sport, meets the athletes’need and improves the athletes’integral quality.2 The individualized cultivation can enhance the scientific training level, motivate athletes and solve the conflict between theory and practice.The individualized cultivation is expressed in the preparation,implementation,testing and evaluation of the training plan.And the preconditions of the cultivation are the quantity and the quality of the coaches,the decent relationship between coaches and athletes,and the cognitive level of the athletes.3 The fundamental of the cultivation is the overall service for the athletes, meeting their internal needs and showing human spirits.The cultivation can be done with democratic administrative method,self- administrative method,and emotional administrative method,which can improve the relationship between coaches and athletes and culture athletes’independence and sense of responsibility.But all this demands the high quality of the administrative mechanism and administrators.4 The essence of the cultivation is an educational measure,based on the individual discrepancy,of meeting individual needs,in order that athletes can improve levels and meanwhile have high moral quality.The main methods are self-study, online-study and bringing education to the athletes.The relationship among the administrator’s attitude,training,administration and education,good training conditions,and athletes’ learning attitude and ability can secure the cultivation.5 This mode is based on theory of subjectivity,and can be flexible in practice.To achieve this,humanism and educational theories should be the guidance,harmonious surroundings should be established,the relationship between individuality and commonness should be handled correctly,and the quantity and quality of coaches should be improved.
