It has been the common responsibility and pursuit of each educator to focus on each student’scomprehensive development in the environment of the quality education and the new curriculumreform. Students’ all-round development has been ignored in traditional classroom teaching,which does not pay attention to all the students. But personalized teaching design can make upfor the shortage well, taking care of students of the different levels, and realizing thecomprehensive development of students. Basing on the research of the personalized teachingliterature, the author found that researches related to biological disciplines of personalizedteaching design are less. Based on the research of the biological personalized teaching design,the personalized teaching design is made in this paper to supplement the shortage of thepersonalized teaching research in the field of biology.Literature research method, survey method and teaching design method are adopted in thepaper. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences, the first part individualizes teaching andother related theory, clarifies the concept of individualized teaching and teaching design, andaccounts the deeper research and the principles and guidance of designing. The second part ofthe" genetic and evolutionary interpretation" module content analyzes the curriculumrequirements and recommendations of the content, and expounds the effect and studiessignificance of the contents of this module. The third part introduces the design of personalizedteaching which should consider the students’ individual differences, intelligent advantages andliving environment factors such as differences in study area. And according to the actualsituation, the module content is divided into "theory","experiment" and "training course”. Thefourth part has been carried on the specific cases of personalized teaching design.Finally, thetypical cases of instructional design are separately given high school biology teachers and highschool students to read and the teaching design gets everyone’s consistent approval at last.So design personalized teaching is helpful to the teachers’ teaching and students’ learning andit is beneficial to the all-round development of all students with its necessity andpracticability.The innovation of this study in the design of personalized teaching is not onlyaccording to the theory of curriculum but also according to the teaching design related to thecontent of the module classification as well as the attention to each student’s intelligenceadvantage and differences in life learning environment, which is targeted for instructional design.
