As forpsychological resilience, the studies of healthy teenagers are relatively more. Through thecomparison to these studies, there is a further understanding of the situation of psychologicalresilience of the deaf-mute teenagers. The researcher used Resilience Scale for Teenager tomeasure their resilience level to find out defects and then designed the “physical contact” game. This paper firstly makes an analysis of the characteristics and functions of this type of games, which aims for maximizing the effect of the game to enhance the psychological resilience of thedeaf-mute teenagers. The samples of this experiment are twenty-four teenagers who are suffering from mild ormoderate surdimutism. They range from fourteen to sixteen years old and they were randomlyselected from the Jinan Special Education Center. They were evenly divided into experimentalgroup and control group. All of the members never received the training of “physical contact”game. From the beginning of the experiment, members of experimental group received the intervening of “physical contact” games fifth a week with each course lasting for forty minutes.Except for this, every activity the experimental group took was the same as the control group. And the experiment lasted for fifteen weeks. The choice of games was based on the situation ofthe deaf-mute teenagers and further implementation of the experiment derived from theinterview and the cooperation of teachers in charge. This experiment adopted various researchmethods. It took interviewing method to know more about the basic situation of the deaf-muteteenagers and the possibility of the implementation of the experiment. Observation method wasused to observe the behaviors and performance of the teenagers. Resilience Scale for Teenagerwas adopted to measure the experimental subject before and after the experiment to get relevantdata. Finally the experiment chose SPSS11.5to make analysis of the data, taking T test to make acomparative analysis of the two groups to gain some relevant conclusions. The result showed that the experimental group gained resilience improvement in thedimension of positive cognition and interpersonal relationship. But there was no obviousimprovement in the dimension of goal focus, emotional control and family support. On thewhole, there was some improvement of the psychological resilience in the experimental group. For twelve members in the control group, there was slight increase of some experiment statisticswhich were less obvious comparing to the experimental group. There was almost noimprovement on the whole for the control group. The final conclusion is that the “physicalcontact” sports games have certain effects to improve and promote the psychological resilienceof the deaf-mute teenagers.
