As a critical period for the transition from childish to mature, adolescence often faces many problems such as academic stress, interpersonal communication, and mental health. These problems pose serious challenges to the growth and development of young people. Therefore, how to improve the ability of adolescents to cope with the challenges and tests of this period is a hot issue in the fields of psychology and education.Recent studies have found that Resilience has a significant effect on adolescents' interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Therefore, identification and verification help individuals to cope with the internal and external “advantageous qualities” of adversity, and clarify the “predominant factors” among them. The influence mechanism, the development of individual endogenous power,is expected to become another way for young people to cope with adversity. After deciding the research topic and reviewing the relevant literature, this study starts from the Psycho dynamic model of Resilience and combines the Dynamic model of Father Presence theory and Empirical Learning Theory under the guidance of the Strength Perspective construct the theoretical framework of this research. Then, through the qualitative and quantitative research methods, the internal mechanism of the adolescent father presence and resilience is discussed. The following conclusions were obtained. In Study 1,According to the results of qualitative interview and the quantitative analysis, the FPQ including 38 items and seven dimensions, such as material security, emotional care, participation guidance, future planning, experience transfer, role model demonstration and overall;the LFFQ has a total of 25 items, including four dimensions: failure cognition, reflection analysis, experience transformation and prudent trial; And both questionnaire have good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool a measure for teenagers. In Study 2,using the FPQ,RQ,LLFQ,AGOQ and SQ for 366 junior high school students and 260 The high school students conducted an empirical investigation and finally obtained the following research results:1.Correlation analysis found that the adolescent resilience and father presence(r=0.285,p<0.01),achievement goal orientation(r=0.162,p<0.01),and psychological security(r=0.625,p < 0.001)and learning from failure(r = 0.540,p < 0.001)there was a significant positive correlation between the variables;2.Regression analysis found that father presence(?=0.131,t=4.59**),achievement goal orientation(?=0.012,t=4.017*),psychological security(?=0.506,17.616***)and learning from failure(?= 0.342,11.339***)can significantly predict the resilience of adolescents in a positive way, with a cumulative contribution rate of 55.3%;3.The results of simple mediating effect analysis showed that learning from failure, achievement goal orientation and psychological security all played a partial mediating role between the fathers presence and the resilience of adolescents;4.The chain mediated effect analysis results showed that the chain mediated effect between achievement goal orientation and learning from failure was established, and the total mediated effect was 58.6%.The chain mediators of psychological security and learning from failure between the fathers presence and the adolescent's resilience were established, and the total mediating effect was 39.7%;5.The results of the difference test showed that the adolescent fathers presence, learning from failure and achievement goal orientation level were significantly different in the student category, gender and family location; In different family structure types, the adolescent father presence, achievement goal orientation and resistance there are significant differences in strength; There are significant differences in adolescent fathers presence, achievement goal orientation, psychological security and resilience in different family education methods; In different father qualifications, adolescent fathers presence, learning from failure, achievement goal orientation and There is a significant difference in resilience.Based on the above research results, this study proposes the following constructive suggestions for improving the resilience of adolescents:1.Starting from the role of the father, guiding the father to practice multiple roles, paying attention to the children's inner psychological needs, providing effective guidance for the development of the children, actively playing the example role model, and expanding the external support of the youth;2.It is recommended that families, schools and individuals take a multi-pronged approach to create a good environment for the positive quality development of young people and promote the improvement of individual endogenous power;3.Internal and external linkage,multi-party cooperation, help young people to improve their resilience, and then more actively respond to opportunities and challenges in life.
