Investigation And Analysis Of Chinese Teaching In Balbies Area Of ​​Nepal

The Chinese teaching career has been developed lopsidedly in Nepal for the past10years. With the Chinese and Nepal Trade, tourism exchanges increasingly frequent. Nepali people are beginning to realize the importance of learning Chinese language, the number of people are going to learn Chinese.the schools are going to open the Chinese class, Chinese teaching is developing very fast.so We need to have some research and study since the situation in this area is rare including how does it work and what difficulties do they have.The writer has this observation report due to the research paper, interviews and class observations from4other volunteer Chinese teachers. The paper covers all the308students studying Chinese in three different schools.Firstly, descriptive statistics and analysis the basic situation of Chinese Teaching.situation of Teachers.books.teaching methods.From the attitude of teachers, schools, students’classroom performance, learning attitude, volunteers management, live and other aspects analyzed the problem of Teachers;Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the book;From teaching concept, teaching method, teaching procedure, teaching principles and teaching problems to analyzed the problem of teaching methods.And then analyzes the reasons of these problems. Teachers teaching attitude is not correct.activities benefits is more than teaching.the volunteer house’s oriented and the student’s learning attitude is not correct leads teacher’s problem.Hanban’s support is not enough, Nepal volunteers house without the ability to compile teaching book, Nepal can’t solve this problem by them self and the writer can not take into account Nepal’s culture leads the book’s problem.Non professional teachers.Nepal’s correct teaching methods.lack of training,students didn’t have book, students are so young have poor understand ability leads the teaching methods problems.The school ask for volunteer teacher easy and use cheap leads other aspects problems.lt is about the issues that happened in the certain area and how to avoid and solve them. Put forward the formulation of teaching supervision and evaluation system, regular training and exchange of experience in the post, and reports on the situation and put activities and teaching on the same position to solve teacher’s problem;increase financial subsidies,compile the local Chinese book and establish the Library fund to solve the book’s problems;update teaching concepts,proper teaching attitude.reduce the lecture,increase the simulation teaching time listening class time during the teacher training.Volunteers house strict examination of school’s application, make an on-the-spot investigation,make teacher and school evaluation mechanism to solve the other aspects problems.A better understanding would be made to help solving the teaching problems there while giving other teachers some advice and suggestions.
