Research On Safety Management Of Mount Everest

With the progress and development of human society, the security plays a pivotal role in human survival and development, all areas of society is also research on security issues tireless and along with the progress of human civilization being improved constantly. Security management as an important means of accident prevention which will play its significant role in the scientific development of human society in the future. Thesis mainly to climb Mount Qomolangma(Everest) security management as the breakthrough point,respectively,using the literature material,interview and the comprehensive analysis and other research methods on the current situation of climbing Everest and casualties has carried on the investigation and analysis:the situation of laws and regulations construction is good, but the aspect of individual about the legal protection is not comprehensive; the situation of organization construction is good,but setting organizations should be improve constantly; through the professional training from climbing school and service on the company’s business practice, make the rescue service personnel getting better and better;with the market requirements mountaineering insurance mechanisms will be update constantly.On this basis,security management tactics were put forward:insisted the government dominant unshakable and perfect the system of security management regulations of the climb mount Everest;perfect security management organization system;spare no effort to develop security management and service information platform, to scale Everest always control the present situation of the security management;establish and improve the assessment mechanism of security management so that grasps its running state;perfect be cooperate with many government functional departments and social institutions of climbing Everest security early warning system;adhere to the perfect "comprehensive risk" and "whole process" of security emergency system;enhance self-help and communal aid ability of the climbers.The specific contents of the thesis overview is as follows:(1)On both sides of the mount Everest rise up from China and Nepal mountaineering hot as background, this paper expounds the Everest climb the importance of security management work, this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad and introduces the research significance of the research idea and method of research and presented the related concepts;(2)Through the casualties data analysis, the comprehensive combed the Everest climb the status quo of safety management;(3)To climb Everest deeply analysised the present situation of security management;(4)To climb Everest security management of a specific countermeasure;(5)The summary of this article research conclusion, point out the limitations of this study.
