Objective: To explore aerobic swimming exercise on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) rat aortic endothelial cell function. Method: 50 weeks age of 8 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 8 weeks, 16 weeks in the control group(C8, C16 group),give ordinary feed to them; 8 weeks of model group(M8), model group 16 weeks(M16) and model group(EM),Give high fat feed to them;Eight weeks later, C8 and M8 group hepatic pathology slice. Determine the blood total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspertate aminotransferase(AST), Confirmed that the incidence of NAFLD. Then, EM group for eight weeks without weight loading swimming movement,60 min/d, 6 d/w. Detection C16, M16, EM three groups of rats body weight(BW), blood TC, TG, ALT, AST, fasting plasma glucose(FPG), insulin(FINS), hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP), nitric oxide(NO), endothelin(ET), Calculation of insulin resistance index(HOMA IR) and NO/ET–1. Take liver slice observation use of Light microscopy,Determination of nuclear factor kappa B predominate-in abdominal aorta tissue type(NF-kappa B) and endothelial nitricoxide synthase(e NOS) protein.Results:1.Compared with the C8 group, M8 group rat hepatocyte fatty change integral rise significantly, C8 group rats did not see fatty change obviously, structure of liver is normal, M8 group rats have prominent vacuoles, balloons and arrange disorders, liver cells, Only have 8 rats found the hepatocyte fatty degeneration. Compared with C16 group, the M16, EM group increased degree of rat hepatocyte fatty change integral, Compared with M16 group, EM group rat hepatocyte fatty change integral declined obviously, but to achieve the control level, Compared with normal diet group(C8, C16),the high-fat diet group(group M8, M16) degree of hepatocyte fatty change integral increases obviously. C16 group 2 rats visible little fatty change, Hepatocyte steatosis M16 group was obviously, portal area with hepatic sinus expansion, blisters, hepatic lobule inflammation, 10 rats hepatocyte steatosis, EM group has six rats hepatocyte fatty degeneration. 2. After swimming 8 weeks, the M16, EM group rat aorta nf-kappa B, blood hs–CRP, ET–1 evels were higher than in C16 group. 3.After Swimming 8 weeks, EM group rat NF-κB, blood hs CRP, ET 1 levels were below the M16 group, EM group rats, NO blood, NO/ET- 1 aortic e NOS content were higher than M16 group.Conclusion: 1.8 weeks on a high-fat diet could be successfully induced SD rats NAFLD,the incidence of NAFLD was 80%, with increasing time, NAFLD incidence increased to 100%. 2. NAFLD rat vascular endothelial cell function damage, in NF-κB, hs-CRP, NO and ET-1, NO/ET-1 and e NOS index changes. 3. Eight weeks of without loading swimming exercise can improve NAFLD rat aortic endothelial cells of inflammatory lesions and their vasomotor, suggest exercise intervention on vascular endothelial cell function has certain positive positive effect.
