As a branch of sports psychology, sports psychological fatigue has gradually become the attention of experts and scholars in domestic and foreign sports psychology.. For a long time, the psychological fatigue phenomenon that athletes may produce has already been systematically and comprehensively, and its psychological fatigue recovery mechanism is also concerned. But the research and countermeasures is far from to meet the urgent needs at this stage of the development of sports, which requires us to must be thorough and the expansion of sport mental fatigue recovery means and methods of the research. Weightlifting is a high reproducibility of the single training, extremely easy to cause athletes’mental fatigue, thus affecting the physical and mental health of athletes and routine training mission to complete, lead to the level of training to progress, competitive state of instability and eventually even early end to an athlete’s career. So the improvement of the psychological quality and the daily psychological fatigue recovery mechanism of the weight lifting athletes is the urgent affairs for the development of the lifting weight lifting enterprise.Through this study, we can keep a more active mental state during the training and the competition of the weight lifting athletes, and make the best contribution to the competition level.. To promote the weight lifting athletes with full enthusiasm, positive mental state to participate in the daily training and the game, is conducive to the completion of the training objectives and training level play. At the same time, in favor of a sports related departments, all levels of the sport team of each unit of the more familiar with and understanding of mental fatigue, thus the relevant studies, find out methods to solve the problem of mental fatigue. Music relaxation for the correlation between mental fatigue of the athletes, and the Southwest has not been involved, with a certain innovation. The study of Sichuan Provincial weightlifting team training and competition through follow up, by means of observation, interview, questionnaire and test monitoring on seven subjects athletes were music to relax after psychological and physiological changes of continuous monitoring. ABQ questionnaire to detect the player’s emotional/physical exhaustion, a sense of achievement of reduction and on the movement of negative evaluation and the critical flicker fusion frequency experiment can from physiological functions reflect the athletes’ mental fatigue level. After 8 weeks of music, the relaxation of music was shown by the questionnaire and the experimental data, and the relaxation of music was a means of improving the recovery of mental fatigue.This study shows that for sports psychological fatigue phenomenon weightlifter who take considerable time to music to relax, can effectively alleviate athletes psychological fatigue condition. During the test, seven subjects sport mental fatigue degree of ease, and even back to active state, support the previous hypothesis of this study, that is music to relax is a can effectively relieve mental fatigue. It is found that there are still deficiencies in the study, and should be avoided in the follow-up study..
