| Objective: Progressive Muscle Relaxation(PMR)is a method of physiological and psychological relaxation, and we investigated whether PMR is effective in improving the fatigue recovery of female junior Latin dancers after exercise with the help of progressive muscle relaxation.A comparative study was conducted to observe the fatigue recovery of female junior Latin dancers by PMR,static stretching and natural recovery relaxation methods. To explore whether the fatigue recovery method of PMR can be applied in the classroom of children’s Latin dance teaching,to enrich the fatigue recovery methods and contents, and to provide a basis and reference for the fatigue recovery methods of female children’s Latin dance players.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts literature method, questionnaire method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, mathematical and statistical method and logical analysis method to 45 female children’s Latin dance players as experimental subjects, randomly divided into experimental group(PMR method),control group(static stretching method)and blank group(natural rest method),by observing heart rate(HR),reaction time, children’s subjective fatigue By observing heart rate(HR),reaction time, children’s subjective fatigue scale(CRPE)and other related indexes,we conducted data statistics and analysis to investigate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation on the recovery of locomotor fatigue in female juvenile Latin dancers. Results: 1.The heart rates of the experimental group, the control group and the blank group were very significantly different after 5,10,15 and 20 minutes of relaxation(P<0.01).The heart rate recovered to more than 75% after 5 min of relaxation in the experimental, control and blank groups, indicating that all three relaxation methods increased the heart rate recovery rate. After 20 min of relaxation, the heart rate recovery rate of the experimental group was more significant and closer to the quiet state heart rate than that of the control and blank groups.2.The p-value of the response time after 20 minutes of relaxation between the experimental group and the control group was 0.00<0.01,which was a very significant difference;the p-value of the response time after 20 minutes of relaxation between the experimental group and the blank group was 0.00<0.01,which was a very significant difference;the p-value of the response time after 20 minutes of relaxation between the control group and the blank group was 0.389>0.05,which was not a significant difference;the recovery rate of the response time after 20 minutes of relaxation in the experimental group was better than that in the blank group. The recovery rate of response time after 20 minutes of relaxation was better than that of the control group and the blank group.3.The P-value of subjective fatigue feeling after 20 minutes of relaxation between the experimental group and the control group was 0.004<0.01,which was a very significant difference;the P-value of subjective fatigue feeling after 20 minutes of relaxation between the experimental group and the blank group was 0.00<0.01,which was a very significant difference;the P-value of subjective fatigue feeling after20 minutes of relaxation between the control group and the blank group was0.021<0.05,which was a significant difference.Significant difference;the relative recovery rate of subjective fatigue feeling after 20 minutes of relaxation in the experimental group was better than that in the control group and the blank group, and the control group was slightly better than the blank group. Conclusion: 1.The progressive muscle relaxation method can improve the heart rate recovery rate of female juvenile Latin dancers after exercise.2.The progressive muscle relaxation method can reduce the subjective fatigue feeling of female juvenile Latin dancers and alleviate the psychological fatigue of juveniles to a certain extent.3、Progressive muscle relaxation method can improve the response recovery rate of female juvenile Latin dancers after exercise.4,In the case of sports fatigue recovery of female juvenile Latin dance players, the PMR method has a more obvious recovery effect than the traditional static stretching method, which has a somewhat better sports fatigue recovery effect compared to the natural rest method. |
