The folk-custom is the folklore, which is the national sign. It is a Humane Community sharing the same area, language, economy and cultural common mentality. The folk-custom is syncretized in the natural culture and plays an important in it. Five thousand years of ancient civilization has bred a rich and varied folk culture. However, global economy tends to being a collectivity with integrated development. The process brings the conformity of the culture, speeds the cultural communication between the east and the west, and influences the environment and opinions imperceptibly. As the part of traditional Chinese Culture, folk culture represents the most deep and elite side of the origin Chinese culture. Forms of culture category is changing, soul of the culture is losing. Therefore, in the new historical conditions, it is an urgency to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture, and to bring up the consciousness for the folk-custom of the citizen.In fact, in order to achieve effectiveness, and seek the way of teaching. Chinese curriculum, as the important position of national cultural heritage, calls for further exploration of folk customs and uses the resource of folk culture to enrich the Chinese language teaching.This subject will focus on the issue of the gradually loses of Chinese Folk culture and the educational value of folk culture. Advocating in the background of the new curriculum, this article will discuss and analysis how to combine the folk culture and modern time in the Chinese teaching practice, with the progress of the time. With combination of Chinese curriculum and Chinese teaching construction, the research on folk culture, heritage, development is promoted to a new height. The original system is sumd up to straighten out the folk custom substance in the Chinese teaching material. In this paper, from analysis of the secondary language teaching things like strating folk culture, folk culture from the perspective of trying to cut into language teaching problems. And through the function of folk culture in the Chinese language teaching in middle schools, Chinese teaching in middle school play put forward their own views of folk culture function strategy.We spare no efforts to purse the connections between teaching Chinese and promotion of folk culture, and to study a new language teaching approach keeping in line with new situation. This paper, from a completely new perspective, tries to approach to language teaching and enrich connotation of Chinese course, deepen their understanding of our national culture, guide them to observe life around, cultivate their creativity ability, enrich their thought, accumulate cultural deposits, and at last improve their Humanistic accomplishments.
