It is a consistent educational purpose that students achieve political socialization and be cultivated into qualified "successor" since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. To achieve this purpose, from the date of the enrollment, the school make a complete design of student’s political life. In elementary school, the Young Pioneers is the most important place in student’s political life, and political influence they received are mostly from here. Young Pioneers influence on students not simply by preaching or mandatory indoctrination, but the long-term training and drills of political ceremony, it is in the ceremony that students experienced the political baptism, reached the educational purposes. This paper attempts to have a deep description on ceremony that Young Pioneers participating in, and show a primary figure in the political life course, and examine the level of political socialization after students experienced political ceremony.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part include the introduction of the background, significance and related research at home and abroad of this study, and then presents a program of the research. The second part describes the selection and presentation of the research process and interview subjects that the researcher collected in Y primary school. The third part of the article covers the second, third and fourth chapters, describes in depth that primary school students’participation in the ceremony of the Young Pioneers from three aspects:status change, the long road of shaping and cognitive sublimation. The second chapter describe the joining team ritual ceremony of identity transformation, throughout the ceremony, first grade pupils gained new political status, from an unorganized people into a Young Pioneers. After the completion of the identity transformation, there is a long and painstaking work in the next period, which is the third chapter of the article. The long road of shaping include two aspects, the one thing is weekly flag-raising ceremony and class team activities, the other thing is the major celebration activities. In addition, although "successor" is the purpose of education, there is a difference among "successors", besides the mentioned ceremony, the outstanding young pioneers will also participate in a special young pioneer congress which specifically held for them. The fourth chapter analyzes the graduation ceremony, in the end of the whole political design, the school aims at making the cognitive level of students get sublimated through the use of ceremony. The fourth part examines the result of political socialization, interviews reflect that although students have a "revolt" mood in the face of political influence, the "identification" is the final result. Meanwhile, the researcher also found that political socialization have different results on Young Pioneers who hold different identities, the outstanding young pioneers are the desired "successors" of the country. Although in the identification of the party and the country, the "silent majority" are less than the "elite", as the "silent majority" role in society, they play the same role in the Young Pioneers,formed the basis of the Young Pioneers and maintain the operation of the Young Pioneers.
