The research of how to bring into play the functions of moral education is comparative rare, less systematic and lack of deepness in recent years. So it's already been an undoubted fact that the Young Pioneers can't perform their functions in practice. This test, which has a deep and thorough research to the actualities and countermeasures of how to play the functions of moral education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has a deep theoretical and realistic meaning. It aims to state and explain what should the Young Pioneers exert the functions of moral education, and used for reference to it.The article contains following parts mainly:The first part is introduction .The author put up his own opinion that the function of moral education is the efficacies or functions to single-person and society when all interior factors within the system of moral education effected mutual and with the surroundings on the basis of mainly analyzing several concepts: the Young Pioneers, moral education, the function of moral education. The function of moral education express an idealism to moral education and is a pursues of what should the moral education be. The functions of moral education of the Young Pioneers are social functions, individual functions and educational functions. The social functions mainly contains political functions, economic functions, cultural functions and ecological functions. And the individual functions mainly contains survival functions, developable functions and enjoyable functions to itself. And this part also discuss the theoretical and realistic meaning.The second part describes the fact of the Young Pioneers exerting moral education function of our borough. First, compares from the portrait, discusses the works and experiences of the young pioneers exerting moral education function of our borough. The major work and experiences are: thinks much of the political and economical functions; extrudes the zoology functions, exerts the cultural functions; attaches importance to the sociality functions, exerts the individual functions; exerts the instructive functions. And compares from landscape orientation, investigates the questions of the young pioneers exerting moral education function of our borough, this text brings forwards four question: without measure strengthens to the political functions, weakens the economical; to a fault consolidates the cultural function, weakens the educational; without measure puts much attention to the sociality functions, ignores the individuality. Thirdly, analyzing home to these questions, gives out four reasons that induces the inefficiency of the moral function of the young pioneers of our borough. The four reasons are: the lag concepts, the effects of the examination education, the low making of the specialty workers and the condition of environment.The third part is the strategies of solving how the Young Pioneers of our region bring into play it's function of moral education. The strategies is as follows: the first is to build up the scientific and comprehensive moral education functions conception of the Young Pioneers, which includes the conception of entirety, difference, adaptation, excess. The second is to challenge to the examination education and to enhance the station and reform the content and methods of exert the function of moral education in this progress. The third is to accelerate construction of young pioneers specialization and to achieve the cultivating specialization of young pioneers and to enrich the specialization contents of young pioneers. The fourth is to establish a fine environment. It can establish a triunity environment on exerting the function of young pioneers, improving the Young Pioneers to exert their functions of moral education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous RegionThe fourth part is epilogue. Making a retrospection and drawing an conclusion to this study, though it has gained much achievements, the research on the young pioneers exerting the moral function is just beginning, there are still many problems in the future progress.
