The minors are the future and hope of our country. Their thought, mind, and body are all growing, and consequently they need the care, love and guidance from adults. One important aspect of our efforts to enhance and improve the building of minors'ideological and moral qualities is to give them more humanistic solicitude so as to create a better environment for their development. The Young Pioneers of China is an organization for the benefits of the youth in China. Emphasizing the humanistic solicitude in the Young Pioneers'moral education is the basic requirement of Marxist philosophy. It is necessary for the healthy growth of the youth; it is the intrinsic requirement of the development of moral education; it is also the requirement of times. This paper, based on the research results of many predecessors, and on the current situation of youth's ideological and moral development and of the Yong Pioneers'moral education work, analyses the lack of humanistic solicitude in the current Yong Pioneers'moral education, discusses the basic ways to reinforce the humanistic solicitude in the future, attempts to make theoretical contribution to the development and improvement of pertinence and efficiency of the Yong Pioneers'moral education, and to the further implementation of ideological and moral education and quality education for the minor.Currently, the general condition of ideological and moral development of the minors in China is positive and promising. Minors in China have strong sense of independence, social participation, equality, tolerance, and self-improvement; they crave for self-perfection, and they especially care about respects from others, cares and love based on esteem. However after some research and study, we also find problems in some aspects, such as the lack of sense of public morality, love for working, sense of hard struggle and thrift, love for others and honesty, and the tendency to egoism, and money-worship and so on. The higher grade they are in, the more they know about morality, but the worse they behave. Their moral behaviour contradicts their moral sense. The problems in the moral development of the minors actually reflect the problems in our education system and society. The lack of humanistic solicitude in moral education, including the Young Pioneers'moral education, for so long a period is an important cause of these problems. The author believes that there are lacks of humanistic solicitude in the value, goal, content, method, process and assessment of moral education and in the development of the moral education personnel in the Yong Pioneers.
