The improvement of weak school is a worldwide difficult problem, in our socialist society, it must be addressed to realize balanced development of education, promote educational equality. The improvement of weak school plays an important role to the balanced development of the education and harmonious development of society. China’s vast population, unbalanced economic development among different regions, the regional education development also has bigger difference. In our country, the traditional way of transform weak school is:the internal development and external support is a concept under the concept of the competition, the competition mechanism also lead to the uneven distribution of source of students, excellent teachers, financial aid in our country, lead to the weakness of public schools in our country. Articles from the "cooperation" mechanism of non-competitive, discusses the improvement of weak schools in our country town, the school community under the competition of school cooperation.Article divided into four parts, gradually explore the "school community" model to solve the problem of weak schools in our country. The first part, analysis the traditional paths and problems of the improvement of weak school. First analysis the "internal development" and "external support" of the traditional path of weak schools’improvement plan, pointed out the results and problems of traditional path in our country to improve the weak school, and concludes new requirements that the traditional path to the improvement of weak school in our country’s town. The second part analyses new demand about the weak schools improvement in our country present stage. By analyzing the successful experiences of the British "chain school", it is concluded the place of reference for our weak schools. Through Kobe and Rostrum’s "system theory" and "competition selection" mechanism, it is conclude the schools cooperation mechanism for the weak schools improvement in china’s country. The third part, according to the literature to understand the origin of the "community", this paper puts forward the basic concept of country "school community", and analyses the effects and problems of "school communities" for our weak schools improvement on the present stage, and concludes the management mode of "school community" and education resource distribution and education evaluation scheme under the guidance of schools cooperation mechanism. The forth part, this paper analyses school community’s institution change and development prospect of the future.This article analysis the traditional path of China’s country weak school improvement and the development course of "school community" in our country summarizes our country weak school improvement mechanism of "cooperation" and "competition". I hope this research can provide effective reference for our country weak schools improvement in the future.
