The problem of weak schools is one of the presentations of unbalanced and inadequate development of domestic economy society and education in the stage of compulsory education.The appearance and existence of weak schools restrain the high-quality and balanced development of domestic education,hinder the implementation of educational equality,and pull down the whole teaching quality in the stage of compulsory education.The ultimate tendency of the compulsory education is to realize high-quality and balanced development and educational equality,which states that weak schools improvement is the highest priority and imperative.Studies find that the mode of collectivization school-running is a effective way to improve the running quality and benefit of weak schools that is worth considering and promotion.Based on the above three aspects,this study mainly adopts the case study method from the perspective of group schooling,and uses F Middle School of Beijing as a case study to deeply understand the development history of F Middle School and the achievements and existing problems in the improvement of its group schooling.Analysis of the five analytical criteria(school management,teaching quality,social reputation,teaching facilities and student sources)for quality balanced and weak schools.Comprehensive investigation of school hardware construction,interview data,campus observation data and questionnaires to ensure the credibility of the study.The study found that the status quo of weak schools mainly shows that the school's guiding ideology is not clear.The management level is low.The use of funds is generally difficult and unreasonable.The quality of teaching has declined.The quality of school students has continued to decline.The construction of school culture has lagged behind,and the conditions of teaching facilities have fallen behind.The main reasons for its current situation are internal factors and external factors.During the development of group education in F Middle School,it has formulated a development plan for the exploration stage,the practice stage,and the supervision and evaluation stage.Under the guidance of development planning,F Middle School has achieved many results in the improvement process,mainly including five dimensions of school management,teaching quality,social reputation,teaching facilities,and student quality.This article makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the experience of Fmiddle school.After F middle school implements the mode,the school has greatly improved in management,teachers,teaching,social reputation,hardware facilities,students and characteristics.The analysis learned that the relationship between various factors is that the level of management directly affects the level of teachers and infrastructure construction,and the level of teachers directly affects the quality of teaching.This is one of the important reasons why F middle school has been in a weak school for long,and infrastructure construction is affected by the level of management.At the same time,it will affect the quality of teaching.The quality of teaching and basic construction affect the quality of students by influencing social reputation.Summarizing the group mode of running a school gives us five points of inspiration:quality resource sharing is an effective way of quality balance in education;The renewal of ideas is a prerequisite for weak schools to achieve their own development;To realize the balanced development of all aspects of school with the advantage of group running;Cultivate a school culture that not only has its original characteristics but also embodies a common style;Set up the management coordination mechanism of group running school is also important.
