Use of metacognitive strategy in political education course in high school is not only the request of new curriculum concept, but also an significant way of improve teaching effects. Meanwhile, it is the demand of promoting students’ leaning ability and their development in an all-round way. The particularity of metacognitive strategy is the distinct ideological content and DE wisdom symbiosis, and Students’ metacognitive ability has unique individual character characteristics, which make teachers combine education psychology category of metacognitive theory with the political course teaching law and students’ ideological and moral formation law in the specific teaching practice. I surveyed and conclude the reasons of problems in political education course under metacognitive vision, then put forward three improvement measures. Firstly, we should create learning field and metacognitive environment. Teachers are supposed to adjust teaching situation, transform original metacognitive environment, create "study field" and new environment. Secondly,we should make clear positioning, wake up learners’ metacognitive independent consciousness, including inspiring them to make independent plan- independent control-independent feedback. Thirdly, we should consolidate students’ cognitive structure and help them construct complete system. This measure depends on political course features closely, and is to subject metacognitive laws and the students’ ideological and moral formation law as a guide. It helps students learn Marxism basic point of view and stir up the true feelings of the resonance from the knowledge, experience, monitoring three structural conditions. This research focuses on how to use metacognitive strategy in political education course, and then to improve teaching effects and promote students’ long-term development.
