Since the reformof the new curriculum standards, on the model of taking students as themain body of teacher-led education more seriously, topic seems more inline with the teaching mode reform of mainstream. Through a variety ofmethods, as well as controlled experiments, exploring the possibilities ofcombination to improve the training effect. As part of the junior highschool, test and affect the parental heart, test scores becomes more andmore important.Pre-examination training in relation to the test, what is areasonable amount of training mode, how to improve the students ’interest in training as well as good training purposes. The thesis teachingmode research on the students ’ interest in learning and test projects, byplacing the subject education model and experimental comparison of theconventional classroom model, observe the development of students’interest in learning, as well as achievements, further speeding up the paceof reform of physical education curriculum in Huantai County.Through literature, expert interviews, statistics and control experiments, whether application of research teaching model to improvetest scores in the following conclusions:(1) before and after theexperiment class of boys and girls in a variety of grades improvesignificantly higher than the control group, there were significantdifferences. After the experiment, average number of performance classesand control classes are better than before the experiment with varyingdegrees of increase, indicating whether subject teaching and traditionalteaching mode, to some extent, will enhance the ability of sports toimprove test scores of a test project. But Lab data, experimental controlclass after many results there have been experiments with the classesdidn’t have significant difference before and class grade averages arehigher than the control group average, class grades increase wassignificantly higher than the control group scores increase.(2)Experimental class students in the basic part of the average heart rateshigher than the control group students in the basic part of the averageheart rate. Experiment, classes and control classes students average heartrate is different, the students is slightly higher than the control group.Description the experimental class of students in the classes of work ratethan the control group, the students of lesson content can attract students ’attention and improve student participation in the classroom, compared tothe control group of positive attitude, to achieve a better workout.(3)Compared with traditional teaching mode, teaching mode can improve students class participation, avoiding the monotony of boring training totheir students, can promote students ’ ability to run and jump, improvingthe test scores of a test project.Come to the conclusion, made the following recommendations:(1)to enhance the test training fun, avoid boring single training module. Inrecent years, people’s living standards improved, but there were notincreased but decreased of physique of primary and middle schoolstudents, in order to avoid this situation, strengthen the status of test.However, the problem of how to train the attendant, boring single trainingpatterns are often not very clear, and even junior high school student’saversion psychology. Found the participation of subject teaching canenhance students ’ training, increasing the number of training interesting,making it easier for students to accept, enhance training, as opposed to asingle mode of training, can stimulate students ’ interest in training andexercises of density. So not only can improve the test scores of a testproject, and in the long run it seems to also have a certain role inpromoting students ’ physical fitness for students to develop goodexercise habits, happy sports and lifelong sport.(2) Innovative themes,enhanced themes age and interest. Study on application of teaching mode,this experiment is an example of basketball theme. Teachers can also bebased on physiological and psychological characteristics of primary andmiddle school students, students interested in something, if you apply a theme for a long time in physical education or training, students mightalso feel tired. So according to the content and objectives of differentinnovative teaching topics, topics diverse, fresh, daily. So not only willenable students to acquire knowledge and skills in the teaching materials,and allows students to gradually help to understand different aspects ofknowledge and common sense.(3) Arrange topics, pay attention to safety.Students ’ lively, self-discipline is not strong, poor discipline, in use fordifferent subjects or a theme, therefore, to pay attention to the safety ofusing props, and ensuring a safe environment, as well as the adaptabilityof students. Always keep items safe and reasonable in the school andstudent classroom discipline, and ensure that students are safe and happyin the theme class.
