With the development of society, the importance of family education inchildren’s growth continues to improve, more and more people realize the necessity offamily education.Rousseau think that family education plays an irreplaceable role inthe growth of children, parents should take the responsibilities of bringing up andeducating children, so that children grow up healthily and happily. In "Emile"Rousseau elaborated his family education ideas, his ideas include sports,laboreducation,knowledge,music education and sensory education,etc. This articlemainly describes the family education in "Emile", respectively, from the survivaleducation, life education, and anima education to delve into their family educationthought. Through the "Emile" family education research, they can provide referenceand inspiration for our family education.This thesis mainly consists of "Introduction", the first part of the historicalbackground of the "Emile" family education thought. The second part of thephilosophical foundations of "Emile" family education thought. The third part of theconnotation of "Emile" family education thought. The fourth part is the evaluation ofit,the last part is the revelation of the "Emile" family education thought.The introduction describes the significance of the topic and the reason ofselecting this topic, for documents related to the research literature has combed thesystem, analysis of domestic related research on the status of Rousseau’s idea ofideological education and family education and its development trend.The first part introduces the historical background of "Emile" family educationthought. Rousseau’s early experiences as the formation of the foundation,Rousseau’s experience and background of the times in which he was prepared the wayfor it.The second part focuses on the philosophical basis "Emile" family educationthought. This part mainly from natural philosophy, sensory experience theory,doctrine, concept of freedom people and religion to elaborate.The third part is the main content of the paper. This part separately from the target of family education, principles, content, methods to explore the "Emile" familyeducation thought. Family education goal is to develop "natural"; the principles offamily education are mainly natural principles of education, there is the principle offreedom control, the principle of equality and coordination consistent with theprinciples of love, respect and the principle of strict requirements;the content ofeducation, mainly from the responsibilities of parents, the survival education, lifeeducation and anima education to illustrate four aspects; methods of family educationintroduces the model demonstration, environmental mold, tribulations education,natural consequences and hands five methods.The fourth and fifth parts evaluate the family education thought in"Emile" andanalysis the impact of the "Emile" family education thought.We should learn from theplace.
