With the rapid development of the computer, information network technology, industrial automation control technology, the function and integration of PLC is upgrading. The universities have opened "The principle and application of PLC" because of the rising importance of PLC in the field of automation. In this course, a part principle of PLC content is abstract, so,combining the theory and practice is very important. So, practical teaching make a large part of the teaching task.But now, in the process of practice teaching, our management of the practice teaching and the effect of experimental teaching are all slight deficit. First, because of the PLC experiment platform is independent in the laboratory, so the overall management of teachers to students will be less in the experiment. Secondly, in the practice teaching,The students only mastered the PLC knowledge involved in their own experiments, no understanding of other automatic control technology in related experiments, so exist a large limitations.Due to the above two points, this subject develop the teaching experimental system based on WinCC flexible configuration software. To use this system for experiments, the students follow the instructions, complete the experimental project in the task of teaching, to achieve the purpose of controlling the practice teaching and helping students complete the experiment. Because there are a lot of experiments in the system, this article mainly explains four of these experiments to reflect the effect of experiment system.I have finished task for complete the subject: First, to understand the automatic control technology, fieldbus, PLC and configuration technology application status, technical characteristics, provides a theoretical basis for setting up the experimental system. Secondly, complete the S7-300 PLC and S7-200 PLC hardware setting up and hardware configuration based on PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus. Complete the writing of the experiment teaching system and monitoring program and debug the program.Last, use the Win CC flexible configuration software to complete the system of the main screen, slave station sub picture, alarm information management, historical data records and user rights management configuration, then monitor the whole experimental system with the computer or HMI device.In the automation laboratory of college, through testing the experiment system, complete many experiments, include the inverter frequency control of motor speed and the control of the manipulator and so on. Achieve the basic requirements and purpose of this topic, and run stably.
