Culture is the human process of social development, creation of material and spiritual wealth of the general, cultural heritage that is passed between heritage and undertake. Traditional Wushu as our unique national traditional sports activities, a significant cultural transitive. The apprenticeship has become an important driving force of Chinese martial arts has a long history and identity. Master and apprentice, in martial arts and cultural heritage in the occupied an important position. However, with social development and change, the traditional martial arts development "Optional Teacher" and "apprentices" and other cultural phenomena are gradually changing, gradually weakening its cultural connotations, to a large extent restricted the inheritance and development of Wushu intrinsic motivation. Meanwhile, in general realize the intrinsic value of traditional martial arts apprenticeship at the same time, some of these parasitic culture are quietly dross recovery, such as portals and other dispute. In this context, how scientific understanding of apprenticeship, interpret its meaning, clarity of its development, the Chinese martial arts heritage, it has significant theoretical and practical significance. Based on this, the thesis of the traditional martial arts apprenticeship for the study. Using literature data, field observation, research methods and logical analysis, from apprenticeship-like state, select division apprentices ceremony, conducted systematic research on the establishment of other new mentoring relationships. That, in the current social context, the martial arts form of succession should "its essence, to its dregs," the first, removing the feudal habits, choose only the concept of change, in terms of teaching skills to keep the "German art alike" concept, break "sectarianism." Second, to promote, develop new mentoring relationships that can be teacher-student relationship, mentoring relationship, alone or in combination develop mentoring relationships. Third, the traditional martial arts apprenticeship school teacher-student relationship and the integration of traditional martial arts into the schools can promote the development of traditional martial arts skills, culture rapidly multiply.
