Objective:With our third batch of national intangible cultural heritage and thefourth installment of national intangible cultural heritage inheritors representative’sannouncement, China’s national intangible cultural heritage and representativeinheritors people, traditional martial arts project up to29, representative inheritors has31provinces, municipalities and county representation of non-material culturalheritage and traditions among the traditional martial arts more numerous, and such ahuge martial arts how to conduct scientific intangible Cultural Heritage reasonableheritage has become a major contemporary society needed to solve one of theproblems.Methods:In this study, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires,Delphi method, content analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methodson the current country national, provincial (city) level intangible cultural heritage andinheritance among traditional martial arts project carried out a systematic collationand analysis, from three different levels of traditional Wushu inheritance survey workcarried out on the impact of traditional Wushu factors affecting the factor analysis, thetraditional Wushu system weight of each index and assessment procedures andmethods are discussed, the establishment of non-material cultural heritage oftraditional martial arts necessity and feasibility of information systems has been fullydemonstrated, and from the "protection-Inheritance-communication" threeprogressive levels of development of the traditional martial arts ideas furtherexplored.Conclusion: The current traditional Chinese martial arts and non-materialcultural heritage project representative inheritors distribution is relativelyconcentrated, relatively small share of the overall heritage; relevant authorities partialloss of function, low awareness of a greater impact on the heritage, technical heritagefailed to attract enough attention, the survey of the traditional martial arts"inscription" very concerned about the spread of traditional martial arts colleges anduniversities have the basic conditions; influence factors of traditional Wushu, obtained according to a rotation of the seven common factors can be named for thetransmission pathway factor, the main factor heritage, heritage positioning factor,inheritance factor method, passing in the form factor, heritage and heritage contentfactor countermeasures factor; through traditional martial arts managers, experts,inheritors three field staff survey results conducted by two of main draw traditionalmartial arts traditions, heritage content, succession, inheritance and inheritance effecta management evaluation index5, two evaluation indexes11, three evaluation index45; traditional Wushu intangible cultural heritage information system developmentand applications have become the trend of social development, information systemdesign should serve the public’s perspective, both the reporting, review and queryfunctions, in order to satisfy the protection of traditional martial arts, heritage andcommunication needs.Recommendations: studies suggest that the protection of traditional martial artsmust be an include successors, heritage organizations, heritage and inheritance of theschool environment "Traditional Wushu space" integrity protection. Inheritance ofTraditional Wushu Wushu authorities should implement effective connection with theheritage of people, to establish liability protection mechanisms, the formation ofnational, provincial (city) and county (district), township (street) four traditionalWushu system. Dissemination of traditional martial arts should be implemented inorder to Traditional Sports Professional as the main propagation base, establishedon-line department with martial arts, heritage and heritage organizations connectedwith the martial art schools established downline, amateur sports, ordinary primaryand secondary schools transmission system to meet the protection of traditionalmartial arts, heritage and communication needs.
