Chinese government net formally announced the Overall Scheme of Reform of Chinese Football on March 16, 2015. The campus football was placed on the football deepen reform. This shows that our country has strengthened the top-level design to enhance the investment in the campus football.As we all know, Chinese teenagers are at school. To develop juvenile football is to develop the campus football. To promote the reform of school physical education by campus football can let more teenagers participate in football and let the students master the sport skills in school. It can also promote the students’ consciousness of lifelong physical exercise. Meanwhile, it can increase in teenager football population base and tamp football talent cultivation.The author investigates the current states of the primary school football teaching in Chengdu in this paper. At the same time, the author goes deep into each pointed school in Chengdu to investigate the appearing problems in the campus football teaching process and try to explore innovative theory for the development of Chengdu City Campus football teaching.In this paper, the author uses the methods of documentary, questionnaire, expert interview, logical analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate and research the current states of soccer teaching in primary schools in Chengdu. From analysis and investigation, the author draws the following conclusions:1.The implementation and execution of the relevant system is the guarantee of continuous and good development of campus football;2.The amount of football classes in Chengdu primary schools is insufficient and the teaching effect is not ideal;3.The PE teachers of Chengdu primary schools are passable, but their football professional knowledge training needs to be strengthened;4.The selection and the arrangement of the contents of football teaching lack systematicity, scientificity and applicability, the teaching method and the teaching mode are backward;5.The assessment and evaluation of the students’ non- manual, non-intelligence factors are ignored by the teachers in the football teaching process;6.The expected goal of campus football activity is not achieved.The author puts forward the following proposals for the current states of football teaching:1.To construct characteristic football culture in class;2.To advance the mechanism and ensure the implementation;3.To increase the amount of P.E. classes;4.To train the existing P.E. teachers systematically, continuously and effectively;5.To encourage P.E. teachers to write their own textbooks, adhere to the idea of happy football, happy teaching;6.To strengthen P.E. teachers’ ethics cultivation;7.To seek for the best combination between football teaching and students’ cultural course learning;8.To strengthen the external publicity and create a good atmosphere.
