With the continuous improvement of the level of education development, the teacher, the organizer and leader in the school class work is becoming more and more popular. The teacher in charge in coordination teaching work, communication school, family and social relations in the key to play a role in the teacher’s practical knowledge. Taking the teacher in charge in The Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China as an example, this paper makes a visit to the inquiry and theoretical inquiry of the teacher’s practical knowledge in the background of the multi nationality. In this paper, using case study method, carries on the empirical study of the Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China a teacher practice knowledge construction and update process, through observation, interview, off the shelf text collected a lot of data, and has carried on the analysis, reveal the ways of teacher practice knowledge construction and renewal.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction. It mainly explains the origin of the research, the value and the significance of the research, the choice and the application of the research method, and the combing of the relevant theories. The second part is the history and the evolution of the role of the teacher in the history of the Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China under the background of multi nationality. This chapter is based on the development of Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China, and introduces the Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China in the development period, the vigorous development period and the new period. After a hundred years of history, The Affiliated Middle School of Minzu University of China, Teachers selection conditions changed, from the original Mongolian and Tibetan teachers mainly transferred to Beijing local teachers to the open recruitment. Students constitute also experienced by the original recruit students from the national minority students to the national minority students, to the nearest to recruit students in Beijing, and then to recruit a number of national students change. The third part is about the construction and renewal of the teacher’s practical knowledge in the background of the multi nationality, and is the summary and sublimation of the second part of the contents. This paper argues that the teacher practice knowledge transfer ways mainly have:apprenticeship partnership mentoring, carry out educational narrative study, carry out education and teaching case studies, educational action research etc.In a word, this paper makes an empirical research on the high school affiliated to Central University for nationalities a teacher practice knowledge construction and update process, the people of a large middle school teacher practice knowledge of the constituent elements and generation mechanism, generated media and transmission were comprehensively analyzed, analyze the practice of "experience" to the practice of "knowledge" of the transformation of the way. To explore the teacher practice knowledge to cooperative teacher summarize and reflect on their own teaching experience, through the reproduction of the teaching situation, to promote teacher reflection of knowledge of their own practice and for others involved in national education experts and scholars and teachers provide a reference case.
