11th Century is a special period in history that fusion of multi ethnic culture. At that time, in the capital city of Kashgar, Karakhan Dynasty, a rising star of Uyghur literature, the famous Uyghur poet and thinker, philosopher Yusuf Khass Hajib has known to the public. This great poet has left us a phenomenon work-"Wisdom of Royal Glory", which enriched souls of all whoever reads it. "Wisdom of Royal Glory" puts moral education as the main content of the work that carries on the analysis. This is essential to mining and nourishing the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, more importantly, has a practical significance to direct the construction of national unity and social stability. In addition, "Wisdom of Royal Glory" is the great combination of Chinese culture, Turkic culture and Islamic culture that, it has laid the solid foundation for the innovation of traditional Uyghur literature. This piece of work is not only reflects the Chinese historical and cultural background, but also significantly integrated with Han culture which considered as the main content of the positive social and political ideology."Wisdom of Royal Glory" is a classical narrative poem that contains a profound ideological educational content. The contents of the book starts from a analysis of "Wisdom and Knowledge", including their vital meanings and roles. Secondly, by emphasizing the meaning of" justice and satisfaction " to explain how a man can get a happiness; Thirdly, indicate a huge impact of an education which is from a family education to the nationwide aspect. This paper is divided into following four main parts. The education thought of "Wisdom of Royal Glory" not only has a huge impact on other Chinese ethnic minority group education but also played an important role on the reorganization of Uyghurs education concept. Therefore, through combine the academic perspective and ideological,moral education in "Wisdom of Royal Glory", mining the useful education concept, "takes its essence, threw the dregs", would lead to us significant achievements to our ethnic minority education project in the future.The first part is the introduction of background and origin of "Wisdom of Royal Glory". And also author’s life and his social background,as well as poems.The second part is the education concept of "Wisdom of Royal Glory". The first section is about the purpose of education, the second section is about education method, and in the third section the education function has been introduced. In the purpose of education section, it is mainly indicated the purpose of culture knowledge, morality, and ethics, marriage and family education. Four types of education methods has been mentioned refers to education method, which are self-discipline, justice and lawful legal system etc.. At the end, mentioned the role of an education that two functions related to encouraging school education and moral education has been included.The third part is the education content of "Wisdom of Royal Glory". This includes knowledge of wisdom, morality and happiness.The fourth part is related to the meaning and effect of "Wisdom of Royal Glory". This is basically illustrated from how Uyghur culture and education method has been influenced by this work, and more importantly, discuss the significance role of this work to building a harmonious society. At the end, how "Wisdom of Royal Glory" has affect on the enlightenment to the contemporary education is critically discussed.
