This article through to the modern transition of Yunnan industrial technology research of the relationship between education and industry environment, the relationship between science and technology and the society. This article has two characteristics, one is to choose the Yunnan industrial technology education as a research object, is the industrial technology education as a science and technology into a bridge can meet the needs of society, the study of science and technology of the potential productivity into real productivity. Therefore, does not involve the pedagogy theory problem. Second, this paper studies the time limited to at the beginning of the late Qing dynasty and in the early days of liberation, just put these historical phenomenon as the research object of the perspective of science, technology and society. Therefore, does not involve the use of history theory problem.This article chose the early years of the late Qing dynasty and the beginning of the founding of the education of Yunnan industrial technology and industrial environment as the main body of analysis and research. Early in late qing dynasty and the beginning of the founding of the space to write to use two chapters, chapter written during this period of industrial environment, write a chapter of industrial technology education during this period, after a chapter contrast the relationship between the two transition, and chapter two transitional development on the enlightenment of future generations, finally draw the conclusion. This paper mainly adopts literature analysis method. In this paper, we study although belongs to the category of science and technology and society, but the time range is the history of the past. So, need to draw lessons from the history data, on the basis of literature study.Through the early years of the late Qing dynasty and the beginning of the founding of the two transition of industrial technical education and industrial environmental studies the following conclusions:social demand is the national science and technology and the root of the development of industrial technology education; The first transition is driving the industrial technology education in Yunnan is the self-strengthening movement, the second transformation driving force of the industrial technology education in Yunnan province is the first five-year plan and the former Soviet union. First transition between industry technology education content and the practice needs, the reason is that industrial technology education cycle long, the cost is large, deep theory, painfully slow. The second transition of Yunnan industrial technology education as a result of blindly copying the Soviet education mode, make already accumulated industrial technology education failed to go along the road to the original, general type of elite education into practical engineering education. The political environment makes the education object from the general type of elite education to workers and cadres. Thesis finally summarizes the Yunnan two transition of industrial technology research of the relationship between education and industry environment, provides a reference for technical personnel training in our country.
