In recent years, with the social progress and education development, the shortcomings of traditional teaching continue to show, participatory teaching in teaching practice is gradually being taken seriously. Participatory teaching is a teacher-student relationship of equality as the prerequisite and student subjects participation as the core, teacher flexible teaching methods as the means and facilitate student development as the highest goal of teaching.Travel service etiquette is a very high demands on the practical operation of the program, participatory teaching and travel services etiquette courses combine to build participatory teaching system, it is important to promote tourism service etiquette teaching achievement "landing" in higher Vocational and to improve student learning autonomy and creativity, students identify problems, analyze problems, problem-solving skills, and improve their tourism services etiquette skills, ultimately to develop overall quality in higher Vocational school students.This paper through literature method on participatory teaching theoretical basis, historical traceable and other issues were studied.Using questionnaires, interviews, observation of the current situation of tourism service etiquette curriculum implementation in higher Vocational were investigated, on this basis analyzed and summarized, and based on the findings,proposed to build Higher Vocational tourism services etiquette course involved in teaching system countermeasures.The first chapter describes the background of the issues raised in this article, for research purposes, significance, research methods, innovations were introduced briefly. The second chapter introduces the basic theory of participatory teaching, including participatory teaching traceable in Western history of education and participation in the teaching of current research, and participate in teaching connotation,characteristics were studied.The third chapter of the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of participatory teaching travel services etiquette in Higher Vocational courses were analyzed.Chapter IV through using quality method to survey Higher Vocational travel services teaching etiquette and analysis of the existing problems. The fifth chapter focuses on Higher Vocational courses tourism service etiquette participatory teaching model building, including to build participatory teaching philosophy, participatory teaching and learning conditions for implementation system,participatory teaching system implementation and evaluation mechanisms involved in teaching. At last,summarizes the research presented deficiencies of this study, as well as the topic for future research were discussed.
