| The transformation of social and economic development in China in the new era,the upgrading of tourism service industry,puts forward higher requirements for tourism practitioners from the external image to the internal self-cultivation.Professional temperament is the first cause of the appearance and impression formation of the Comprehensive quality of Secondary Vocational School students.It has a direct impact on the employment and personal development of vocational schools,and also directly shows the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools.Etiquette course is an important basic course for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools.Etiquette training based on professional situation is an important way and an effective means to cultivate students’ professional temperament.However,at present,the professional etiquette courses in secondary vocational schools do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ professional temperament.It is necessary to strengthen the reform of etiquette teaching in order to meet the higher standards and requirements of the development of tourism industry in order to improve the quality of talents training.Based on the relevant theoretical basis and literature analysis of vocational temperament training for students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the concept,connotation and core elements of vocational temperament,and adopts the research methods of questionnaire,interview and semi-participating observation.A sample survey of students,etiquette teachers and employers showed that the teaching objectives of etiquette teaching are mainly functional technical requirements,and the teaching contents are mainly systematic knowledge arrangement,and that the teaching objectives of etiquette teaching are mainly functional technical requirements,and the teaching contents are mainlysystematized knowledge arrangement.The teaching methods are mainly formalized demonstration exercises,the teaching evaluation is based on the final assessment,and there is no effective teaching path,method and means to cultivate the professional temperament.Based on this,this paper puts forward the teaching goal of strengthening the professional temperament training standard and coupling the modular teaching content of the professional temperament structure.Situational teaching method based on workplace simulation experience and optimization path of process performance evaluation with emphasis on formative education.Finally,the class 51 students majoring in tour guide service and management in Guilin Tourism Vocational Secondary Professional School are tested to complete the typical curriculum design and teaching practice of “tourist service-guided etiquette”,which is based on professional temperament training.The effect of teaching has been recognized and praised by the responsible persons and students in charge of the major of the school. |
