"TourismEtiquette" is a professional foundation course of higher vocational colleges,which plays a crucial role to cultivate tourism front-line staff's overall quality,also is related to everyone's personal accomplishment and the civilization of the whole society."Flipped Class" mode is a subversion to traditional classroom,upside down the knowledge and knowledge internalization,The students master basic knowledgethroughautonomous learning in class and out of class,discussing approach to learning interactive inquiry and group discussion,which makes up autonomous learning,exerts students' subjective initiative and makes students become the study master.Whether from the perspective of the nature of "TourismEtiquette",or from the characteristics of "Flipped Class",”Tourism Etiquette” course,combined with a "Flipped Class",is a kind of effective method to promote the teaching effect "Flipped Class",which has played an important role to cultivate the students' learning interest,enhance their learning motivation,arouses their study enthusiasm,improve the quality of class teaching.According to "TourismEtiquette" course in Hebei TourismVocationalCollege,Practical teaching was taken to explore design and implementation of "Flipped Class",design conditions of the course,the practice of the teaching process procedures and the concrete operation process.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the background of the research,the definition of relevant concepts and the significance and purpose of the topic selection.The second chapter is a review of the research status of”Flipped Class” at home and abroad.The third chapter is to analyze feasibility and necessity to the nature and status of “Tourism Etiquette” courses in higher vocational colleges and "Flipped Class".Chapter IV,a case study ofHebei Tourism Vocational College,"Flipped Class” teaching is designed to"TourismEtiquette" in higher vocational colleges,including the design of the theoretical basis,teaching design idea,teaching model and design elements of"Flipped Class";The fifth chapter,from the perspective of teaching practice,discusses the practical process and effect analysis of the teaching mode of "Flipped Class" in the chapter of"shaking hands",which is included in the course of "etiquette of tourism".The sixth chapterdiscusses the implementation conditions and guarantee of "flipped classroom" teaching in vocational colleges.
