A Practical Study Of Horticultural Therapy Intervention In Participatory Community Building

.At the present stage,with the rapid development of the economy and the deepening of the reform,China's grass-roots management mode has also undergone a change.First,enterprises gradually get rid of the intervention of the government,the responsibility they assume is gradually reduced,and the staff members of enterprises are gradually socialized from the fixed unit system to social people.Therefore,people are less dependent on various aspects of the welfare and degree of community construction given by the work unit.With this series of changes,the community construction has stepped onto the big stage of the modernization construction,which has started the process of the transformation of grass-roots work from the unit to the community.The emergence of this series of changes also highlights the importance of community residents as the main body of community participation in the process of building a modern and harmonious community.Only community residents make concerted efforts to participate in the community construction,can better close to the people,insight into public opinion;In order to better meet the needs of multiple stakeholders,and really do things for the people.Now facing the problem is that the community as a net at the end of the government's huge work,has long been the executor of the government's work and the tentacles of the society,security administration degree is higher,make the community residents host status is not obvious,the degree of community participatory community construction is very low,accordingly,participatory community construction arises at the historic moment.As a new discipline,social work is developing rapidly in China.Social work also has its professional values and working methods,with a special emphasis on helping others to help themselves.It is effective in adjusting social problems and alleviating social conflicts.In order to combine what I have learned with social practice,I will share more practical experience and practical cases of using social work methods to participate in participatory community construction.After nearly a year T community in X city gardening project activities,through visits to collect a large amount of basic information about T community,on the basis of reading lots of related literature at home and abroad,will T community participatory community construction situation and existing problems of a detailed analysis of instructions,and combining with community needs,different interest subjects,plan implementation plan and carry out the detailed activities,and to conduct a comprehensive reflection on the summary,hope to provide some new participatory community construction practice case,also hopes to contribute to the development of social work force,and provide some new ideas for the subsequent research.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part,introduction.This paper mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part,related concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly defines several related concepts in the research and expounds the applied theories.The third part,T community participation community construction status and demand analysis.This section first introduces the basic situation of T community.Secondly,the status quo of T community participatory community construction and the problems and causes in the participation are analyzed and explained.Thirdly,the needs of T community residents to participate in community construction are analyzed,and the needs of government,community,community residents and other stakeholders are analyzed.The fourth part is the practical action of horticultural therapy in participatory community construction.First,the feasibility of horticultural therapy intervention was analyzed.Secondly,the process of intervention of horticultural therapy is expounded.The fifth part,reflection and summary.This part mainly includes the gardening therapy intervention practice of participatory community construction practice reflection,the use of horticultural therapy to promote participatory community construction practice of reflection of localization,horticultural therapy practice,using the gardening therapy intervention and the community culture of the relationship between reflection,reflection on the social workers work,reflect on these aspects of community social work,and gardening therapy intervention participatory community construction for the results.Finally,it is concluded that community social work with horticulture as the medium can be generalized.From which not only has carried on the relatively complete reflective summary to the project,also can see social work in promoting participatory community construction is very have their own professional advantage,promotional and strong maneuverability,can hope to have more in the future this professional social workers use their knowledge to promote participatory community construction development
