The professional life of new primary school teacher is defined as all the activities related to the study of teacher’s professional knowledge, teaching and the study of teaching and so on carried out in a specific teaching environment and their own profession field by primary school teacher with less than three-year teaching experience aimed at improving her own competence, perfecting the quality of the lives of the students and herself. The profession life is divided into the study of professional knowledge, the teaching life and the study of teachers education based on the responsibilities and the professional fields involved of new primary teacher. Among the three aspects, the study of professional knowledge is the base and prerequisite; The teaching life constitute the main part and the study of teachers education is a way for further development.The new primary school teacher needs to enrich her knowledge through learning, update her teaching philosophy by study, improve her teaching skills through practices so as to become an experienced teacher who has reached professional maturity and finally realize the value of a teacher as well as the meaning of life. The professional life mainly consist of Learning, teaching and study which make it an important way and a necessity to the professional development of a teacher. Recently, the professional life of teacher has gradually become the focus and the practical trend of people. There are already some studies conducted by domestic and foreign scholars, which have delivered relatively limited achievements including the study of the life status of teacher, the study of related problems with the professional lives of teacher and the study focused on the strategy of the professional lives of teacher and so on. Besides, study focused on the specific crowd of new primary school teacher is more rare which makes the study about the professional life of new primary school teacher particularly important.The paper investigates the new primary school teachers’ understanding and learning of profession life, their teaching lives, their study in education and the management of professional lives, based on the related literature and the main frame of the professional lives of the teachers from the five primary schools in Y city. It is founded that there are problems about the differences between the ideal status and the reality about new primary school teachers’ professional life; the passiveness in self-learning activities; the marginalization of their study activities and the lack of scientific management of their professional lives and so on. The causes are analyzed based on the lack of humanistic care from school; the excessive spoon-feed training and their lack of professional literacy and so on. Strategies for improvements are proposed on the basis of existed studies and problems, which include quick adaptation to the role transition with the help from school; improving the quality of learning professional knowledge; raising the quality of teaching by proper use of resources; improving the quality of professional life through learning how to conduct education study and ensure the quality of professional life by planning and management.
