With the continuous reform and development of education,teachers' professional development,teacher education and training,and the construction of teaching staff have received increasing attention from all walks of life.Teachers' professional beliefs are the source of motivation for individuals to engage in teaching work,which is conducive to promoting teachers' own professional development and building a high-quality teaching team.It also plays an important role in promoting teachers' professional development.The existing researches focus on the current situation of teachers' professional beliefs and the countermeasures,and there are few studies on the formation of teachers' professional beliefs.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of literature,interview and theoretical research to explore the formation process of professional beliefs of outstanding teachers in primary schools,analyzes the factors affecting the formation of their professional beliefs,and puts forward strategic suggestions for other teachers to refer to.Understanding the process of forming the professional beliefs of excellent primary school teachers can help other teachers learn from and learn from the successful experiences of excellent primary school teachers in forming teachers' professional beliefs.Firstly,through the literature method and theoretical research method,the literature about outstanding primary school teachers,professional beliefs,and teachers' professional beliefs is sorted out,and the current status of existing research is clarified.The non-random sampling method is used to select representative primary school outstanding teachers with different teaching years,teaching subjects,positions,etc.as the research objects,conduct interviews with teachers with the help of self-made interview outlines,and use Nvivo software to conduct in-depth excavation of the collected interview data.It comprehensively examines and analyzes the formation process of teachers' professional beliefs from the aspects of teachers' labor value cognition,teachers' professional will,and teachers' educational behavior.By analyzing the interview data of excellent primary school teachers,it shows that the formation of teachers' professional beliefs is affected by many factors:teachers' social status;school training;parent-teacher relationship;teachers' lifelong learning concept and teachers' teaching reflection ability.This paper analyzes and summarizes the factors that affect the formation of outstanding teachers' professional beliefs in primary schools,so as to provide more front-line teachers in primary schools with effective experiences to promote the formation of teachers' professional beliefs.Based on the in-depth analysis and reflection on the formation process and influencing factors of the interviewed teachers' professional beliefs,the corresponding strategies to promote the formation of teachers' professional beliefs are put forward,including improving teachers' social status;carrying out targeted school training;developing a good parent-teacher relationship;Enhance teachers' lifelong learning ability and teaching reflection ability.
