In recent years, a lot of relevant researches have been presented in accordance to the study of the existed cognition among students by the increasing number of researchers from the angle of psychology. In the course of teaching those senior high students about Information technology, I find that they have gained some pre-science concept, which is considered rationally but only affected by their experience coming from their daily life. However, some of them have become the obstacles for their learning new knowledge, hence, how to make the acquaintance of the pre-science concept and how to take some practical measures has become a problem to be solved.First, the definition of the concept of pre-science and the feasibility are confirmed on the basis of comprehensive description coming from both domestic and overseas researches. Then via classroom observation, some interviews among teachers, and the deliberation of several typical teachers, the research about "Making a website "has been launched.Second, "two-tire" test concerned with credibility and validity has been made based on the exploitation of test tools, as well as the procedure of listing the exploitation of test tools, determining the knowledge points, forming open type questionnaire and testing it, forming general two-tire test questionnaire and testing it, and forming the paper of two-tire choices. Furthermore, the concept of pre-science has been searched through the existence among the senior 1 students while they are learning how to "make a website".Then, in accordance to the result, the pre-science concept among the students are divided in to several types, such as science-to-be, mal-positional, unilateral, superficial and experienced, the strategy of "IE Model" combined I(students’ internal)with E(teachers’ external) has been raised on the basis of research and classification result. I(intemal) contains independent and cooperative internal, while E(external)contains the situations, methods, contexts, and platforms.In the end, some conclusion has been made on the application of the model via the feasibility in the aspect of the transforming concept via two circles of experiments.
