Practice And Exploration Of School - Based Curriculum Management In Ordinary High School

The managing system of the three-grade curriculum is a vital part of the new reform of the basic education in our country. With the curriculum reform of the basic education carried out, the reform of the school-based courses of art is also faced with new challenges. Thus, it has become a subject worth studying how to get the art education in high schools to meet the wave of basic education reform.In our country, there is great difference of economy and culture between different areas. Apparently, the all-in-one management of art courses has not been able to satisfy the developing of students from different places. In the recent years, the exploration and study of the theory of art school-based courses has become hot point. So, it has become a really practical issue how we can develop a relatively perfect management system of art school-based courses in high schools according to the reality of the current curriculum resources.The N Genera Senior is an over-100-year-old school with deep cultural acceleration and glorious traditions, during whose 100-year developing process art education has always been her bright point and unique feature, occupying the leading place in Jiangsu and China. Based on the analysis of the reality of the course management home and abroad, using scientific researching methods and the knowledge of System Theory, the principle of Education, Management Theory, Sociology and Curriculum Instruction, I’m going to do some reflective research on the practice of school-based courses in the N High School and I will put forward with some concrete strategies on the management of art courses in high schools, concerning personnel management, resource managing, time management and system management, after which we’ll be able to make clear of the most important and difficult problems and find out some adequate managing approaches.
