The quality management of teaching research is a forceful guarantee of improving the quality of education and teaching, and it is an important task of the current reform of basic education. Taking the teaching research of general senior middle school as the object, the thesis makes a systemic investigation into the connotative meaning of the quality management of teaching research, the new quality perspective of teaching research, the staff management, overall management and whole-process management.It not only concludes the research achievements of other people, but also demonstrates the author's personal exploration and thought.The text consists of five parts:In Part One, the author defines the concepts of "teaching-research", "quality management", and "quality management of teaching-research in general senior middle school" etc, and discriminates some relative confusing concepts.In Part Two, the author argues that general senior middle school are to promote teaching-research by erecting correct academic perspective, talent perspective and benefit perspective. The new quality perspective of teaching-research in general senior middle school should be alloy of new academic perspective, talent perspective and benefit perspective.In Part Three, the author discusses the staff management of teaching-research from three aspects, that is "establishing consciousness of teaching-research and constructing academic atmosphere","transforming the management system, and exciting the enthusiasm of teaching-research", "acknowledging the distinction between teachers, classifying them and making guidance accordingly", and from the author's own understanding of the teaching-research which she is engaged in.In Part Four, the author clarifies the overall management of teaching-research on the basis of the exploration of the concrete research content.In Part Five, the author interprets the whole-process management of teaching-research from the four aspects of "planning-implementing-inspecting-summing".The theoretical value of this thesis lies in elucidating the new quality perspective of teaching research and its practical value lies in applying the principle of school management and regulating the teaching research in general senior middle school by means of quality management.
