Urban and rural education balanced development as well as the new curriculum reform the implementation set the new request to the rural school teaching and administration, in the process, rural school education is also changing constantly. As one of the main carrier of education, school teaching depends on the reasonable and orderly administration; in the background of new curriculum reform, what kind of state of the rural schools in teaching and administration is a worthy issue to the general education. In this paper, taking a rural primary school as the research object, using field research method, tells us a real world of the school teaching and administration with the narrative form, it will be helpful to understanding of the rural primary school teaching more-objectively, to focus on the teaching quality of the rural primary school, and it will be helpful to make a reasonable judgment and decision on promoting the balanced development of education.This paper includes five parts. The first part is introduction, introducing the reason and significance of the selected topic, the teaching administration and field research, the process of choice and to S elementary school; The second part states the basic information and teaching organization and administration of S primary school, to understand and grasp the basic information of S primary school on the whole; The third part states the specific teaching administration of the S primary school, including three aspects-administration of curriculum, the teaching of teacher and the learning of students, to find the problems with the way of narration and comments; The forth part analysis the influencing factors of S primary school from the external environment, school level and teachers’level; The last part reflects the present situation of the teaching administration, to strengthen and improve it. It includes building relationship with the school and external environment, strengthening the standard construction of the school teaching administration, enhancing the principal leadership in teaching and optimizing the teachers of the school.
