As one of the main carrier of education, school teaching depends on the reasonable and orderly administration; in the background of new curriculum reform, what kind of state of the rural schools in teaching and administration is a worthy issue to the general education. In this paper, taking a rural primary school as the research object, using field research method, tells us a real world of the school teaching and administration with the narrative form, it will be helpful to understanding of the rural primary school teaching more-objectively, to focus on the teaching quality of the rural primary school, and it will be helpful to make a reasonable judgment and decision on promoting the balanced development of education.This paper includes five parts.
