MOOC (massive open online courses) while the rapid development on a global scale, at the same time to bring the impact of higher education. It’s unknow that can we change higher education MOOC features, but its open, shared, making high-quality resources can be shared, so MOOC development has become an inevitable trend. At the same time, as regard to mooc, there are many problems to be further studied. About MOOC evaluation which has been the researchers solved the problem, especially there is not further research about to how to evaluate the effect of learners at MOOC environmental issues.The study based on "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC,it made a more. in-depth research about evaluation of the learning environment on MOOC. And built the learning evaluation system,designed "Modern Educational Technology "MOOC learning evaluation methods, in order to provide reference and guidance for MOOC learning development and Evaluation module. In this study, it’s based on quantitative evaluation theory, multivariate evaluation theory, process evaluation theory, developmental evaluation theory. First to understand the current status of teachers and students to recognize MOOC and extract a series of useful suggestions for learning evaluation by questionnaires; second to analyze the most representative abroad MOOC platform, to understand the key features which can affect the learning environment under the MOOC, and the way the of effects on mainstream domestic and foreign MOOC platform is currently assessing; third to construct the "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC learning evaluation system by questionnaires, platform comparison and analysis of the literature. Fourth to design learning evaluation methods; finally, apply the research results of the evaluation index system and evaluation methods to the study of "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC Learning Development and Evaluation Module.This study contains the contents of the following eight areas:The first chapter is an introduction. Mainly includes the background, research significance, research status, research objectives, content, methods and ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and core concepts defined. This part include developmental evaluation theory, fuzzy evaluation theory, multivariate evaluation theory, process evaluation theory, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. In the "core concepts defined" learning, evaluation, learning assessment, online learning evaluation, evaluation index system has defined again.The third chapter is the principal investigator about the present situation of the teachers and students of the MOOC. This Chapter to understand the present situation awareness MOOC teachers and students by questionnaire, and according to the results of the survey, extraction of a series of studies evaluating MOOC useful recommendations, provide a reference for future research.The fourth chapter to analyze and compare MOOC abroad. Through domestic and foreign representative MOOC platform analysis and comparison, to understand the key features that can affect the learning effect under MOOC environment, and the way domestic and international mainstream MOOC platform’s effects of the current study.The fifth chapter is to establish a "modern educational technology" MOOC learning effect evaluation index system. On the basis of third and fourth chapters, supplemented by literature analysis, combined with "Modern Educational Technology" detailed analysis, to build a "modern educational technology" MOOC learning evaluation system.The sixth chapter studied "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC learning evaluation methods. This chapter studied "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC learning evaluation system has been evaluated in a diversified research, including evaluation of the main diversification, diversification of the evaluation results, and diagnostic evaluation methods and formative evaluation methods designed.Chapter VII is the application of evaluation index system and evaluation methods. The research evaluation index system and evaluation methods are applied to the "Modern Educational Technology" MOOC Learning Development and Evaluation Module.Chapter VIII above the research summary and outlook. This part includes results, innovation, deficiencies explained of this research, and the issue needs further study.
