With the rapid development of MOOC,everyone who wants to learn can choose the appropriate courses according to their own interests.However,the high elective rate and low completion rate are the bottlenecks in the development of MOOC nowadays.Due to the late start of MOOC,there is little research on the evaluation index of teaching quality of this new teaching method at home and abroad,and so far no scientific and reasonable evaluation system has been formed.Due to the lack of direction guidance,MOOC's teaching ideas and methods are still influenced by traditional teaching,making students' learning experience unsatisfactory.This is one of the important problems that MOOC faces today.In view of the above problems,this paper establishes a comprehensive MOOC teaching quality evaluation system,which not only refers to the relevant theories put forward by experts,but also takes into account the views and suggestions of students on the curriculum,thus becoming an evaluation method system reflecting the comprehensive views of experts and students.In order to get students' attention to curriculum construction,this paper first crawls a large number of student reviews from MOOC platform of China University.Then,according to the part-of-speech combination model of the course feature-opinion words,the students' opinions in the comments are matched and extracted.After classifying and sorting out a large number of course features-opinions,the main concerns of students are extracted as part of the evaluation system.Then,through literature analysis,drawing on the existing teaching theory and evaluation methods,this paper summarizes the evaluation index as another part of the evaluation system.By combining these two parts of indicators,a complete evaluation index system is formed.In order to achieve the quantitative assessment of curriculum quality,this paper obtains the weight of each index through analytic hierarchy process.Thirty-five MOOC experts and thirty-five students with rich MOOC learning experience were invited to compare and grade the importance of the indicators.Using the collected data,this paper analyzed the scoring results of experts and students,obtained the weighting results of experts and students' respective indicators,and compared them to observe the difference between them.Finally,this paper combines all the data of experts and students to analyze,and obtains the weights of comprehensive indicators reflecting the views of experts and students.As an application of the weight of comprehensive indicators,this paper evaluates the teaching quality of a course on MOOC in Chinese universities.After collecting the students' evaluation of the course with questionnaires,it calculates the overall evaluation and score of the course by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on this,it puts forward suggestions for improvement of the course,which has practical reference significance for the design and improvement of teaching.The evaluation index system proposed in this paper will be of great reference value to both practical teaching and the existing theoretical system of teaching evaluation.
