With the development of Internet technology,the support of the national policies,the MOOC platform came into being,and its characteristics of open,free and sharing has attracted a large number of learners.However,with the phenomenon of low viscosity of online learning and high dropout rate,researchers have begun to pay attention to the usability of the MOOC platform.The introduction of learning analysis techniques is considered to be the direction and way of thinking to solve this problem.In spite of this,the current learning analysis design on the MOOC platform is more from the perspective of function and pays little attention to the user experience and satisfaction of function.Therefore,from the perspective of usability,the main problems to be solved in this study are to think about the improvement of learning analysis technology on the MOOC platform and the impact on learners' experience.The research used literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on the availability of learning analysis and evaluation of the MOOC platform.The main work is reflected in the following four aspects:(1)Analyzed systematically the research on MOOC by learning analysis technology supported,summarized the design,development and application of the current MOOC platform from the perspective of usability,put forward the usability problem of the application of learning analysis technology in the MOOC platform.To solve this problem,this paper comprehensively reviewed and summarized the concept of MOOC,the development of MOOC platform,the concept of learning analysis,and the usability theory by using the literature analysis method,proposed the basic idea of using the usability theory for the learning analysis design of MOOCof the MOOC platform.(2)Built a usability indicator system for learning analysis and evaluation of the MOOC platform.First,The process of usability index construction was established,cleared scientific,systematic,feasibility and guidance as index construction principles.Then,the relevant availability indicator system that can be referred to was analyzed in depth,the learning analysis function on the current MOOC platform was investigated in practice,and determined the availability indicator,the indicator system was modified by the analytic hierarchy process and expert survey method.Finally,the usability indicator system with the dimensions of feedback content,feedback form,interface design,technical support and overall perception was determined.(3)Carried out the usability questionnaire design,investigation and analysis based on MOOC platform of learning analysis and evaluation.Taking the MOOC platform of Chinese universities as the object of analysis,the functions of the platform's learning analysis and evaluation system was comprehensively investigated,and designed questionnaires and carried out surveys on this basis.The research found that the function has usability problems generally,the feedback content is of low usefulness,the feedback form is lack of rationality,and the data is not analyzed in depth,which leads to the low satisfaction of learners and fails to meet the needs of learners.(4)Put forward the usability design and optimization strategy of learning analysis and evaluation of MOOC platform.Based on learners' needs for learning analysis and evaluation of the MOOC platform,this paper proposed the usability design of the MOOC platform from the perspectives of learners' daily management,learning activity management,achievement evaluation management and personalized service.And the MOOC platform usability optimization strategy supported by learning analysis was proposed,including attention to learner requirements,integrated design functions;emphasis on functional effectiveness,improvement of content usefulness and formal rationality;strengthening of learning analysis,andattention to the immediacy and visualization of feedback;relying on big data,building a personalized and intelligent platform.
