With the evolution at high speed of the Internet information technology,which is the new generation represented by Big data,Cloud computing,Internet of things and smart terminals.Massive Open Online Course is shorten as MOOC,The large-scale open online courses that allow learners to learn independently have received extensive attention,and they have also provided new ideas for personalized in-depth teaching reforms.MOOC often have problems such as high dropout rates,poor learning outcomes,poor availability,and lack of customization.And with the further development of the MOOC based open learning platform,the needs of learners for the platform will become more and more diverse.Therefore,in order to make the depth of MOOC development system for personalized learning as a starting point,a comprehensive evaluation of MOOC users need to develop a more comprehensive study of large-scale open network platform for an important prerequisite further.In this context,this paper proposes to evaluate the needs of the MOOC-based open learning platform from the perspective of personalized learning.Under the support of the personalized learning model and in-depth learning theory,the MOOC platform for personalized learning is being developed in-depth.Based on the curriculum design and application system,based on this,it constructs the application practice and effect evaluation of the individual deep development of the open learning platform based on MOOC,and finally proposes an improvement strategy for the MOOC platform.This article can be divided into the following sections:Firstly,based on the necessity of individualized learning and in-depth exploration of the open learning platform based on MOOC,the author reviewed the current status of MOOC open learning platform and related theories.The development trend of learning platform and personalized learning theory lays the theoretical foundation for the further development of the MOOC open learning platform assessment model;Secondly,according to the researches form our country and abroad,the related theories of personalized learning model and curriculum design are extracted combined with the characteristics of the MOOC.The third part:Through the preparation of the MOOC personalized needs and satisfaction survey questionnaire,the survey experiment,a large number of data resources obtained through the questionnaire,selecting valid data samples,combining two analysis methods,through the scientific category analysis table,Using case analysis and comparative analysis,the demand for the in-depth development of large-scale open online courses for personalized learning is drawn;Part IV:First,use the personalized learning model and curriculum design theory to conduct a basic analysis of the current needs of individual learners for a large-scale open learning platform,and then determine the application purpose of curriculum design for the personalized MOOC platform.The core content of curriculum design and development,followed by the design of instructional design and evaluation systems,and the presentation of media design through the development of technologies and processes.Based on the above research,an evaluation mechanism for the application of personalized MOOC platform is finally formed,with online and offline application modes,and in particular application effect evaluation.Finally,on the basis of the research of this paper,combined with the existing literature,the MOOC's open learning platform proposes relevant improvement strategies and suggestions in terms of personalized in-depth development and application.The innovation of this research is to evaluate the MOOC-based open learning platform from the perspective of individualization.This research has great practice meaning for dealing with the problem of personalized customization of the current MOOC-based open learning platform,and provides a certain reference for future development of open learning platform based on MOOC.
